Scouting A Job And Helping A Friend

  • We went out on the beginning of Steelbender Trail to scout a job for a wrecked truck in a ravine. Then we decided to try some techniques from the comment section about how to transport a motorcycle. Then we went over to our friend Larry's house to help him move his cars back from the flood area of the creek by his house. Thank you everyone for watching and supporting us.

Your driving and rescue skills never fail to amaze me, and I have nothing but disdain for the people that tell you your doing it wrong. You have just a “Little” more experience doing your profession, and should completely disregard and ignore the people that criticize and then offer their worthless opinions.
You, Mike, and Sean have the absolute best video’s on TH-cam, and have NEVER seen anything that I think you have done for sensationalism. I am glad you read the comments, and have shown them that their comments are not well thought through 😅😊😊😅

Personally I carry my moto on a small harbor freight trailer. I had it fall off my hitch carrier before but that was because of the way I tied it down not the hitch carrier. I am afraid my $6k moto is going to break my $200 hitch carrier though. The trailer is good piece of mind for me. My wife and I think it is funny when Rory gets worked up over the comments. He is the smartest working youtuber imho. I like that rory is willing to explore options and wasn't he the one wanting to make a 6 wheel rollback for sxs? That would work on motos. Great video again guys and I like to see the high view count you deserve it.

Maybe a suitable alternative to your "bike trailer" would be a setup 4WD pickup with a flatbed on back. Winch and a folding ramp to help get it onboard. Ought to carry UTVs too. But like you say...already have the trailer and it gets the job done. I always feel bad for it when you pull it up against a vertical rock wall and the tire doesn't want to climb. I have visions of you shearing the undercarriage completely off.

Trail Mater - Excellent video, excellent work! I use to ride bikes in the past, and the bottom line on the comments, you're providing the best possible outcome for the customer to get their bike out, with no further damage, and well, the trailer is the way to go. Your time on target using a trailer. Can't imagine bumping around all over the place with a hanging bike in the back with straps, cables, whatever, digging into the body panels, seat, you name it. Heck, do a demo of a bike hanging on the back on the bumpy trails for the folks that commented. I seriously doubt it would survive as well as a bike on a trailer since the trailer is going to take the beating, not the bike being recovered. Great work!!

Straight up: the trailer works and is quite versatile and reliable!! You really never know what is waiting for you out there until you get there, and what else you’ll find on the way in and out.
Exactly: why build a dirt bike specific vehicle when existing equipment works great.
And a rack on Blue is cool but there’s lots of places bikes get into that Blue can’t. But I’m an off-roader too, and have done my share of trail recoveries too, so I understand. Y’all rock!! Haters gonna hate and idiots like to hear themselves yap. 💪🙏

A bike rack sounds like a good plan in theory, if you are big on theories. Far too many different bikes out there and one size doesn't fit all. The trailer works good for all bikes so keep doing what works. No damage to a customer's vehicle is every recovery drivers way of doing things, because who needs a hit on the insurance for repairs & the the bad reputation that you get. Thanks for sharing
