- Was Labor Day weekend and I let the guys have it off so it was a weekend of testing the new engine in the wrecker all by myself. Had a Dodge Power Wagon with bent steering up on Porcupine Rim, then tried to help a friend D out with a broken axleshaft on Fins and Things but couldn't get the axle passed the seal. Then a SxS on Hells Revenge that had snapped his whole front wheel and suspension off. Also we hit 200,000 subscribers and wanted to tell everyone thank you so much for that. We truly appreciate all of you guys watching and following along.

@@trailmater your chev/ford, new process, 4 sp, should have the granny gear.. nv4500 or a zf 5sp. still have g/first.. i was going to get 4.30 gears. but on h/way i need a 6sp... with 4.11. 35,s. zf 5sp. i have to drive down steep hills. 4.2tdi. mwm. 700nm.. 230hp.. basic diesel, no computer. gets 14 lt 100.. big cube engines have torque. which is needed towing or 4x4ing. LS, for the mall.burnouts.. its hard owning 4 u.s. 4x4rs in aus.. [ toyota heaven out here].

Rory, you are well on your way to 300k. You talk to us like we are right there on the most spectacular recoveries with any of the crew... What it really means to me, I'm a disabled recluse that sits in the dark all day, results of a wreck. I appreciate you and the tremendous amount of hard work that goes into the whole production. Thank you for being vulnerable enough to share your struggles in aspects of your life off camera. You allow us to relate on a more personal level. I check first thing every morning, so I can go out for a ride.

I have been following for over a year. My favorite channel by far. You don't have to invent scenarios like other TH-cam channels. What you actually do is Interesting all on it's own. No fake boat sinkings, no pretend emergencies, just regular guys doing impressive things. Thank you Rory.

I am amazed how easy some of the recoveries are made to look so simple, just because they have COMMON SENSE and RESPECT! !! !!!

As beat up as Trail Mater looks it's a testament to a hard working machine and the people that keep it running everyday. I'm just always impressed at what Rory and Sean and Mike and that wrecker and all the gear it carries can do in the rough places they travel. Like an auto shop on six wheels! AWESOMENESS!!!
