I went to the beauty supply store yesterday and bought a cheap $2 pack just to see how it would look. And Gurl you can't tell me nothing 😂. Now I want to make my own. I've always been a crafter but nothing like this. I see this video is 2 years old and I'm going to go binge watch your other videos. You inspired me to do this. This video was so detailed, patient and very informative. Especially when you put them in your hair. Most videos don't do that, thanks so so much. I hope you are still doing these videos up to date now on July 2023 so I can keep learning. First I need to get my supplies and some jewelry. Thanks for listing them also. ❤❤

I try to get mine to wait about a year before I put jewelry in. Even with cowry shells, I tell them to hold off. Some are too anxious so they do what they want. Then, that loc (or locs) start looking real suspect to janky later on and my client looks at me like😲
Thanks for this information. I have dabbled in a little loc jewelry. Is it recommended to remove them daily? If not, is there a technique that will help my locs not to get tangled in the jewelry?
There's no technique to keep locs from tangling on the jewelry that's the nature of locs. I remove the jewelry daily. That MAY keep it from tangling up too much🥰🤷🏾🥰
