Govt को प्रॉपर्टी टैक्स क्यू दे समझ नही आता , MCD या govt ने पैसे नहीं दिए घर खरीदने को,एक आदमी, कोमट्टी डालता है,लोन लेता है वो भी ज्यादा ब्याज पे MCD तो नही आता भरने ,कभी कभी अपने बच्चो को महीने में 2,3 दिन भूखा भी रखता है ताकि घर खरीद सके और ये govt और mcd टैक्स क्यू दे ,क्या MCD या govt ने कभी पूछा भाई घर लेने के लिए कितनी मेहनत की ,खून बेचा या किडनी कभी नही पूछा

Thanks ...I have been paying the property tax through Agent but trying to do it by myself this year. I am able to see the property using the UPIC but it is only giving the option to delete the upic or view receipts not payment link. when I am trying to add the property again, after entering the details and submitting , it is re-directing to parichay website. NOt able to proceed after that. Can we diirectlly pay the property Tax or need to go through the agent only iif his mobile number is registered against the UPIC?
Hanji jis number par upic register hai usi se aap tax pay karvaoge... I wanna suggest, you should transfer UPIC ID to your mobile number. Kyuki aap esa nahi karoge toh aap humesha uss agent pr depend rahoge... In future agar aapka contact nhi rehta uss se toh aako problem hogi firr

Hi, I purchased my flat in 2019 And paid the tax for 19-20, 20-21 & 21-22. Now of I am checking the tax it is also showing previous years till 2004-05. Why is that? Does this mean that the house tax is not yet paid for those years? Please guide. 2018

No it is not necessary to repeat the procedure every time, this only has to be done once. After that, whenever you pay tax for any other year then you just have to choose the year which you want to pay that's it..

MCD office visit krke pta krna padega fir... Kyuki receipts tbhi nikal sakti hai agar online pay kiya ho tax vo bhi property id honi chahiye ya mobile number jispe upic id registered h tbhi nikal skte ho aap
