Since he was the only landed Karelian, it would be cool to see him take the champion of the culture route to get a duchy title. Maybe even do the bonus steps to be granted it peacefully.
Man I've never really watched one of your series as it was coming out, but I've been binging the previous ck3 playlists for the last several months and just wanted to say thanks
RE: The new trees - one thing to note is that several of the Wanderer perk versions differ considerably from the landed ruler versions (even moreso than the changes for the base game lifestyle trees.) RE: Becoming an adventurer - I agree with that decision. It's would take a fair bit of work to carve out a decent realm as a single-province feudal ruler in northern Scandinavia, especially with the chaos going on there now. Even if you were to conquer a bunch of the nearby single-provinces your land will still be absolutely awful and not provide much benefit for some time to come. Personally I think you might set your sights a bit higher than retaking your former (awful) lands once you've seen a bit more of the world...I hear the beaches are nice is Southern India 🙂 RE: Things to do next - you might want to take some additional concubines if you can. Especially if any of those women with inheritable traits happened to have their husband that brought them into your court died when your castle was besieged and continued into your traveling troupe.
Could be interesting to play around with building an incredibly small Kingdom/duchy but highly specialized via reformed culture and religion tall playstyle with these new activities. Most tall playstyles eventually have you blob out but I can see either a super duke or a regular king contending with much higher powers now. You could also shop around to find a culture that has features you’d like to steal. Visit an area, convert, return home and hybridize. Greeks have some of the best mainly for the retinues but they have a few governing traits as well. Could also be fun to set a challenge to see how fast you can increase the average development of the Nordic/Finnic areas as they’re usually incredibly bad. It’s also a way to not get trapped in the average gameplay loop especially when playing warmongers in the north without trying to be the guy with the biggest hat. Instead be the guy with the prettiest hat
You are the guy that every 6ft 5 warmongering Jarl sees when they need someone to calculate if their amount of supplies + their potential stolen goods will last them through their entire campaign.
@@matijasostojic4288Until they hear Elephants charging through the forest or Cataphracts. Don’t underestimate how busted you can make your men at arms and commanders with the right religion and culture. Plus defensive wars are more fun IMO
Playing this one hyper tall would be fun and something different. Just a small amount of domains but we stack control and development with the inspector tree.

I'm really excited to see where this goes! I like how it's given you a really solid goal from the get go.
Love your daily dose of ck3 content

I thougt so this is a good dlc for nobles, can't wait to see next episode.
Hi Alpax, please do more of the Adventurer Gameplay. I find it refreshing vs the long known standard landlord stuff!

From the reviews I've seen Voyager and inspector are the best, but Voyager they said it's broken.
