Instant Karma - Car Gets Pulled Over After Illegal Pass

An incident that we happened to record on camera on our way to the NJ Botanical Gardens... We were driving on a 20 mph road going the speed limit, when an aggressive driver who was initially tailgating us decided to pass us on the left. As he was doing so, we both went over a hill and an officer who was heading the other direction saw what happened. Needless to say, the rest was quite an entertaining episode of instant justice.
