If this machine breaks down I’ll buy one the same week and I use it more than the stove. I just soak it with some hot water, use the cleaning brush that came with it after it sits 10 minutes or so and it cleans up perfect, it still looks new and I’ve cooked at least 50 steaks and 8, 11kg boxes of bacon through it, the only part that looks used is the lid where the filter is, I don’t get it perfectly clean every time lol. Perfectly safe for me but do what you are comfortable with. I myself ignore what mass media warns me about and I usually do the opposite. I use no sunscreen and spend a lot of time in the sun. I refuse all diagnostic screening tests like mammograms and colonoscopies I eat an all fatty meat diet and have not eaten fruits or vegetables in 15 yrs I have not been vax*ed I eat raw meat fairly often and raw eggs almost daily. Pretty much how people lived for hundreds of thousands of years. There is zero reason for me to think raw eggs are dangerous to consume.
Sweeteners may be a problem for you but it doesn’t have that effect on everyone. People need to do what’s right for them. I’m ok having something sweet once in a while.
Yep, I always say, if you are not on any meds and no diagnosis and at your ideal body weight and you feel that sweeteners are good for you, then have at'em!
No sweeteners ? This is not eggnog! Misleading title. I'm carnivore but I thought we could fudge once with some half decent sweetener😭 It's just eggs with spices.
You can sweeten it if you prefer with any sweetener of your choosing. Throw in some allulose or monk fruit or stevia or Equip vanilla protein that has stevia in it. It is really awesome to get to the point where we don't continually crave and feed our sugar addiction. This drink is truly delicious as is but sweeten it with some Baily's Irish Whiskey and you might be SUPER happy : )

-I just used the air fry function tonight for my raw bacon wrapped shrimp I got at Costco and I’ll honestly tell you that they’re the best shrimp I’ve ever had!
Hope this helps. Sorry it’s so long
Looks Amazing!!
This is an awesome way to reduce sweetners. Thanks so much. ❤
One could whip heavy cream and it would float on top. Whipping egg whites does that too. Yum
Yes, definitely could do that. The immersion blender with the eggs does a good job of getting it a bit frothy but doing it separately may get it a bit more or adding whipped HWC on top is a nice touch
Is there any reason for concern eating raw eggs? I always wonder but love them.
Thank you. I like eggnog hot too. Merry Christmas 🎉❤🎉
Same to you!
I remember my mother cooking eggnog on the stove when I was younger.
Love hwc… I do think I may be addicted. I have it every day.
Well you wouldn't be the first! It has casomorphine properties that are addictive along with all dairy
Hello Doctor Lisa 👋🏽 ! , thank you so much for the recipe 🤗
Hi Dr C. 😜 There is no Vanilla Protein powder on that link ? They have unflavored, chocolate and blueberry lemon. Am I missing something. This looks 🎉soectacular btw. I get the whole sweet sugar taste phenom .
I just checked the link I put into the description and it took me right to the vanilla bean powder that I get

unpasteurized cream is out of this world!
I wish I had access to raw milk and cream. Not legal in NJ as of now. I may travel to a pick up area at some point to get it but I try to limit my dairy so I do not make the effort
I am trying to find your video on the coffee alternative drink.
I think it was just water, egg yolk, butter and salt?
I have scrolled through all your videos. Have you deleted it ? Xx
That was great!!!!!!
Looks delicious! Thanks!
Thank you, that looks yummy!
Hope you enjoy!
Thanks for the video!
You're welcome!
Hi what is your stance on adding 1 oz of alcohol? maybe I missed this totally
Personal decision. Alcohol as we know is a toxin and a carcinogen so the prudent advice for optimal health would be no : )
Can you just whip your cream just til it barely thickens? I'm going to try that.
Yes you can!
I'll try this. I'm just not sure why cooks need to have their hair all up front. Beautiful is Beautiful nomatter how you have your hair 😊
Depends on my mood for the day...I have plenty of videos with my hair up in a ponytail
I bet you could make great pancakes with this recipe. Just add a thickener.
Definitely!
I'm with you, I don't like thick eggnog. Most store bought eggnogs are too sweet. The only one I really like is Southern Comfort...
Where can we get the skinny frother

The beef protein powder has stevia???
Not the unflavored one....but the others all do... the vanilla, the salted caramel, the chocolate and strawberry all have stevia
Why the water?
I do it because I do not want it 100% heavy cream or one little cup of eggnog will be almost 1000 calories 😱 Plus would be a bit too rich for me and the ratio I do with the water mixed in is quite delicious
I have no problem with sweet and have had no sugar in over 3 years.
Maybe less water and it will be thicker. Yumm I am going to write this down.
Neat
I wish i had the willpower. I start my day with a steak and butter at 12pm and by 6pm its already all messed up and im having sugar. How do i overcome this addiction. Help 🙏
Honestly you need to join into a group.
You will be immersed with others with the same issue together supporting each other along with my guidance to stop repeating the toxic addictive behavior.
You can do it!

@@carnivoredoctor thank you so much ❤️
I can’t do syrup either …
I use a gram of Glycine powder which is a great supplement AND adds a tiny sweetness. Not sweet enough that it triggers me to eat sugar, thankfully.
Sounds great, but Okay adding stevia.
Carb sober!!! 🎉
This looks like it could be delicious (I absolutely love egg nog). Your HWC did not look very thick 🤷🏻♀️
Fortunately it does not have to be thick to be delicious! : )
@@carnivoredoctor I have just never seen HWC that isn’t’ very thick. No offense intended.
❤
Safe to use raw eggs??
Perfectly safe for me but do what you are comfortable with.
I myself ignore what mass media warns me about and I usually do the opposite.
I use no sunscreen and spend a lot of time in the sun.
I refuse all diagnostic screening tests like mammograms and colonoscopies
I eat an all fatty meat diet and have not eaten fruits or vegetables in 15 yrs
I have not been vax*ed
I eat raw meat fairly often and raw eggs almost daily.
Pretty much how people lived for hundreds of thousands of years.
There is zero reason for me to think raw eggs are dangerous to consume.
@@carnivoredoctor THANK you Dr. Lisa! 😊👍🏽
HAPPY BIRTHDAY doctor lisa 12/01/23
Thanks!!!
I drink my eggnog hot 😊
Me too, for sure my preference
💗👍🏻🙏
No sweeteners ? This is not eggnog! Misleading title. I'm carnivore but I thought we could fudge once with some half decent sweetener😭 It's just eggs with spices.
The heavy cream is sweet, like she said. (At least, to me, it’s sweet.)
Xylitol is recommended by Dr Ellie Phillips, dentist to remove plaque from teeth, and she recommends chewing xylitol gum after every meal, just sharing.
@@DLee756 no it isn't. I put it in my coffee and it is definitely not sweet!
@@carnivoredoctor my point is your concoction is really not eggnog. I know all about cravings and carnivore. Just was hoping you had some health version of real eggnog. No heavy whipping cream is not sweet!
