Testing IC's

This video describes a method for testing salvaged IC's . It uses a T48 programmer along with a software program. Note, at 3:00 I placed the IC at the wrong end of the programmer. The T48 and the TL866+ have pin one at opposite ends of the zif socket. It didn't harm the chip but be aware of the difference.
