I'm thinking the tire scuffers came later... H7230 came out late 2008, we got ours June 2009. Couldn't wait 12 weeks for new drivelines for the JD 1460.. the NH was the only disc machine in the area, so it's what we have. Pros and cons... No adjustable shoes is a definite CON!! PTO drivelines make it 5 seasons, then the are done. (JD made it 12 seasons) the cutter bar driveline, we only get 2 seasons, when the u joints are bad, the whole thing is twisted.. I don't like the rolls, for our hay, the 10'6" cut is good, just wish they would have made a 10'6" hydro swing back then.. Cutter bar is nice to work on. Knife retaining nuts should have a deeper flat on them, too easy to get them in wrong.. Ni overview Travis!!

Those Discbines are hard to beat! We had a 1431 and now we have a H7450, both of them were great machines.

nice mower dealer said a 10.5 cut be to hard on our T4.75 but the 9 be fine right now we have a 5209 new idea that works good
