Spotted BAY Bass Fishing in Mission BAY (Capsized boat needed help!)

Lure: ‪@HookupBaits‬ 3/8 oz custom tube jig
Rod/Reel: Cheap walmart lews combo
Line: 15 lb powerpro braid and 10 lb berkely trilene fluorocarbon
