Love the trunk space. I drove a boxer for a week once and I absolutely fell in love how it handled since it was a mid-engine car. INDY cars are mid-engine cars so you know its good.
Golf is awesome. The only people who say they hate it are the people that don't play and are hesitant to learn. I play golf. I play at the Crystal Springs Golf Course in San Mateo, and it's so much fun. If you get out for an hour a week, in a few months you'd be much better than when you'd started, and you'd start to enjoy it.
Well, all depends on time of year. Plenty of nice cities. If you come during winter i would say go to Vancouver, check out the building going on for 2010 olympics and hit Whistler
well dakota i use for towing stuff and usually on the back roads at the cottage, i think it goes underrated by a lot of people because i've done and drove through just about everything i've seen without much problem, and i've loaded it to the tits lol back end practically riding on the tires, and it popped right back up to it's proper height with no damage.
I've never been to Canada. Is there anything special about Canada that can't be found in the U.S.? I kinda want to go to Canada for a week in the next six months.
Good for you, no literally, good for you. I love Cadillacs and Audis myself. Cadillacs are DEFINITELY the best American cars. The CTS-V is a great competitor to the Mercedes C63 and Audi RS4. And the Escalade is DEFINITELY the BEST full-size luxury SUV out there. Cadillac has been doing really well lately, and I think Mercedes-Benz might start getting jealous in the next 18 or so months, because of Cadillac's reasonable pricing, high power, high performance, and of course - high luxury.
Nice lol yea I don't hate the Dakota, it's not a great truck, but I don't hate it, but I think that if you already have a nice SUV like the Forester, why do you need the pickup?
Well the 911 GT3 and R8 are super-high-performance cars. The Carrera GT is an absolutely ultimate exotic car, that gets to 60mph in 3.4 seconds. I would say that if the R8 V10 or V12 were to be made, that would be a great competitor to the Carrera GT.
First, I have never seen a video about Lamborghini turnk space. Second, if you are driving it everyday, trunk space is important, and he got to driving anyway. It makes more sense to walk around the front and back of a car first to get an idea.
But I thought you said the Tahoe was a better priced Escalade. But you're saying that both of them have bad pricing? True. But high prices for high luxury... some SUV's have medium prices for low luxury, lol (Mercedes-Benz GL-Class)
yeah well they intentionally made the cayman to fill in the gap between a boxter and a 911 so they could have easily made a faster car but they made one that would fit its purpose and i have driven all 3 and i say its a perfect fit
No, I'm not saying the Porsche is significantly weaker than the R8, it's just short 5 ponies. And agree with you - Carreras have the latest safety technology. But if you're someone who goes to the track to race every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, you'll want the R8 over the 911 GT3.
I'm sure there are tuning companies who will install a Carrera S or GT3 engine into a Cayman if you pay enough. It really isn't worth it unless you are going to take it to track days with the Porsche Club of America. The Cayman is built like a Lotus: it is an extremely light sportscar that focuses more on handling than straight line speed.
In Ottawa where i live, not really lol there's crappy bmw's everywhere. In Toronto, Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver the cars get a little better cause there's more money and people
Canada isbeautiful is summer times(May-September), but in winter (December-March( it's a nightmare to live in here: frezzing cold, shity snow storms, black snow, slush, potholes or I would say ostrich wholes..etc...pffff...go somewhere else!
Canada isbeautiful is summer time (May-September), but in winter (December-March) it's a nightmare to live in here: freezing cold, shity snow storms, black snow, slush, potholes or I would say ostrich wholes..etc...pffff...go somewhere else!

lol yea if you think the Escalade is overpriced, don't even start talking about the GL320 lol. Half the luxury, 99% the price. Anyway, yea, I mean they're expensive SUV's, though you get EVERYTHING in them. Navigation, heat, premium surround sound, keyless entry, power liftgate, everything. But then, no one NEEDS that stuff. Dodge and Subaru, which ones?
Well compare that Cayman to an A5 which starts at under $45,000. Or compare it to a TTS, which starts at $45,000 as well. It's not ridiculously overpriced - I was exaggerating - and it's cool how they use real wood and all, but all three cars, the Audi A5, TTS, and Cayman, are about $10,000 overpriced, and I'm worried about Porsche sales. I bet Porsche would make more sales if they reduced prices of their cars. Seriously, $44,000 for a Cayman??? And they charge $43,000 for a Caddy SRX. Hmm...
most people think this car handles better, really the only difference is power, if porsche gave it a more powerful engine it would be better than the 911 but then no one would buy 911s so they dont. if i were u i'd buy a cayman s and look at an aftermarket turbo system to get power up
nah it aint even near rich. I live in Toronto, i've seen a lambo once, and i've seen like 3 ferraris, and that has been beat by my vacation in London UK where i saw 4 ferraris and 5 lambos my first night there :p. Try Dubai if you want crazy cars.
1. Edmunds site 2. Coupes at $35,000-$45,000 3. 2009 Audi TT base-$36,000 4. 2009 Audi TT 3.2 quattro convertible-$47,000 5. 2009 Porsche Cayman base-$50,000 6. 2009 Porsche Cayman S Porsche Design Edition 1-$69,000 So ridiculous. The TT is quite a bit more luxurious, way better priced, almost as sporty (a 0 to 60 time of just 0.3 slower and a top speed of just 6mph slower), and more fuel-efficient, to be easier on the environment and to save money on gas. Porsche is...ok. GO AUDI!
Porsche generally focuses on the important quality of their vehicles....making them last and making the powerful. Who really cares if a less powerful car, has a few more inches of cheap wood grain. You'll end up at the dealer once a month trying to pump some warranty bucks out of them getting your Audi maintained.
good point but the audi isn't as prestigious as a porsche. it doesn't matter that if you buy an audi or a porsche, the VW group wins because they're all one company.
The reason why is cost. It is going to cost the government (or tax payers') A LOT of money to completely change to the metric system. Otherwise, it would have been done a long time ago.
Well no i do like BMW, just i find theyre very plain now, and everybody has a 3 series and think they own aston martins or something. andd the more expensive cars like cayenne turbo's, a fair number of Lambo and Ferraris, yeah the odd bentley forsure and a few aston db9's and such.
Crappy BMW's... as in old 1990's BMW's? Eow. What cars do they drive in Calgary and Vancouver? By more money do you mean like Bentleys or just Cadillacs or Mercedes-Benz cars?
It is a very pratical car except he forgot to mention it only has two seats! Thats probably why I wouldn't buy it and the biggest thing he forgot to mention.
These cloud vs claude advertisments have convinced me not to ever use windows. I was kinda stoked about windows' new capabilities, but now i will never buy one!!
lol yeah i go to the states all the time. canada is of course great, just an enormous amount of people are micheal moore believing idiots and well..i could rant about this stuff for hours but i wont lol
Love the trunk space. I drove a boxer for a week once and I absolutely fell in love how it handled since it was a
mid-engine car. INDY cars are mid-engine cars so you know its good.
I have a 2012 Cayman S with Sport, Sport Plus and Chrono. I pull 4.2 0-60 numbers all the time! So fun to shut a Vette down in my black girl!
wow! when u pulled out the camera case and backpack, it was a rabbit out of a hat trick!!
We just got one. LOVE it....this drives great..... fun to drive...
Sweet helmet does that come standard?
i saw this car in grey.i love his design.its so banger. a banger car totally
are you for/against the metic system?
never really worked it out, but i'm getting around 400kms per tank (80L tank) if i drive properly and with no towing and such
because he is in a racing track. they have strict rules when you are driving on a track
I don't know those measurements. All I know is miles per gallon, or possibly kilometers per gallon (I can calculate the MPG in my head).
Yes, u can, ddnt u see all that trunk room?
I've never been to Canada. Is there anything special about Canada that can't be found in the U.S.? I kinda want to go to Canada for a week in the next six months.
Charlie's back!
Well he worked 1 thing out for sure, if you want a decent car, don't by american ofc, space shuttles yes, cars no.
Good for you, no literally, good for you. I love Cadillacs and Audis myself. Cadillacs are DEFINITELY the best American cars. The CTS-V is a great competitor to the Mercedes C63 and Audi RS4. that's pretty sick. Is the Cayman a popular car in Canada?
Yes..there's a lot of Caymans in here, especially in Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal
@mao12345 I agree :) Dont get me wrong the boxter looks awesome too
I bet you could easily stuff at least one in the front cargo area and another out back, and a backpack for each!
@2OOOHondaCivicSi You must have a pretty big bag of clubs
have you ever driven one?
If the engine wasn't made out of chocolate this car would have been a major classic. (Ims and soft bore concerns)
First, I have never seen a video about Lamborghini turnk space. Second, if you are driving it everyday, trunk space is important, and he got to driving anyway. It makes more sense to walk around the front and back of a car first to get an idea.
Cayman looks gorgeous, way better than the open-top boxter.
yeah i love the forester, can't wait to get it into snow. and i'll hold that dakota until the axles rust out lol i love it
But I thought you said the Tahoe was a better priced Escalade. But you're saying that both of them have bad pricing? True. But high prices for high luxury... some SUV's have medium prices for low luxury, lol (Mercedes-Benz GL-Class)

Is the cayman s £8.500* better than the cayman?
* $10.000 in the US
No, I'm not saying the Porsche is significantly weaker than the R8, it's just short 5 ponies. And agree with you - Carreras have the latest safety technology. But if you're someone who goes to the track to race every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, you'll want the R8 over the 911 GT3.
i have to say for luxury performance..i'm really starting to enjoy cadillacs again
the base model isnt the cayman its the boxter
Oh and apologies to others for basically running in a totally different direction with the topics being talked about here lol
You're right lol. Tahoes are very nice SUV's too, for like $20,000 less.
Hope there are straps/nets to secure cargo in there!
You the man Charlie!

marshknute wrong. I daily drive mine.
In Ottawa where i live, not really lol there's crappy bmw's everywhere.

lol, have you ever been to the U.S.? What's Canada like?

Wow, it must be a REALLY REALLY rich city.
lol although a tahoe still starts around 45k in canada lol. i would never think about spending that money on a chev. unless its a pickup
@lawrencelugar Yes, yes, and double-yes.
Well still...
lol yea if you think the Escalade is overpriced, don't even start talking about the GL320 lol. Half the luxury, 99% the price. Im 29 of mexican decent and let me say that it will be so much fun when I get this now that I can afford to do what i want
raris and lambos, those are pretty cool
I have a 2006 S first edition. Best handling ever. Unfortunately, Porsche break squeal leaves much to be desired.
Well compare that Cayman to an A5 which starts at under $45,000. Or compare it to a TTS, which starts at $45,000 as well. How can someone do a review of this car and not mention the engine sound!?!
that helmet lol
the cayman and 911 are my favorite porche
most people think this car handles better, really the only difference is power, if porsche gave it a more powerful engine it would be better than the 911 but then no one would buy 911s so they dont. if i were u i'd buy a cayman s and look at an aftermarket turbo system to get power up
its a regular porsche boxter with a 911 roof!
it will change eventually, no matter how long it takes ;)
behind the seats hidden inside the car.
Nice. Sell that 04 Dakota for about $12,000. The Forester is a nice SUV
nah it aint even near rich. I live in Toronto, i've seen a lambo once, and i've seen like 3 ferraris, and that has been beat by my vacation in London UK where i saw 4 ferraris and 5 lambos my first night there :p.

04 Dakota and 09 Forester XT

3. 2009 Audi TT base-$36,000
4. 2009 Audi TT 3.2 quattro convertible-$47,000
5. 2009 Porsche Cayman base-$50,000
6. 2009 Porsche Cayman S Porsche Design Edition 1-$69,000

Yea. Dodge reliability is pretty high. Too bad the fuel economy sucks. What does that Dakota get, about 16 miles per gallon?
I heard they put a weaker engine because they didn't want it to crush the 911
well the R8 would be more comparable to the Carrera GT, no?
I hope I get to own that car in Germany. Thumbs up.
@lawrencelugar Cayman body + GT3 engine = =O !!!!!
good point but the audi isn't as prestigious as a porsche. it doesn't matter that if you buy an audi or a porsche, the VW group wins because they're all one company.
@MagicAyrtonforever derp
ok, so there is trunkroom, and underhood storage.... Where the fuks the engine???
WOW. THATS A VERY LARGE BACKPACK...!
The reason why is cost. It is going to cost the government (or tax payers') A LOT of money to completely change to the metric system. Otherwise, it would have been done a long time ago.
@DradusContact911 u either come back for the other one or tell him to walk home lmaoo
A 370z and a tt would have no chance of keeping up with the new cayman on any road or any track.
pick one kid up...still impressive
@lawrencelugar: its a shame they don't do it! it would piss off a lot of 911 junkies
haha there aren't that man, but usually you will see one or two each day
ah yeah. i gotta be honest i don't know much about audi, i love their cars but don't know anything about them lol so i'll take your word.
how would he know it does 0-60 in 5.8 seconds when he didn't even go 60.
Well no i do like BMW, just i find theyre very plain now, and everybody has a 3 series and think they own aston martins or something.
andd the more expensive cars like cayenne turbo's, a fair number of Lambo and Ferraris, yeah the odd bentley forsure and a few aston db9's and such.
mid mounted, behind the seats.
spec wise this does actually have more trunk volume than an accord.. LOL
They are overpriced. Can you believe the Audi TT is $36,000 and the Porsche Boxster is $46,000? Unbelievable.
Crappy BMW's... as in old 1990's BMW's? Eow. What cars do they drive in Calgary and Vancouver? By more money do you mean like Bentleys or just Cadillacs or Mercedes-Benz cars?
could i put my snow board in the back
Hosam EL rofl.
the cayman is sex lowered on some bbs's with a gt wing!
i think he means at about 3:40 : You can pick up your KID up from school
It is a very pratical car except he forgot to mention it only has two seats! Thats probably why I wouldn't buy it and the biggest thing he forgot to mention.
yeah they are mid-engine cars
You would only be able to fit one of your children in the front seat...not kid"s"
Escalades look nice obviously..but i would never buy one. They're just tahoes, suburbans, and avalanches that cost 40g's more lol.
lol I'm just saying that this is DEFINITELY NOT the best buy for a performance luxury car
These cloud vs claude advertisments have convinced me not to ever use windows. I was kinda stoked about windows' new capabilities, but now i will never buy one!!
unfortunately i live in canada so i don't have the luxury of things making sense haha
lol yeah i go to the states all the time. canada is of course great, just an enormous amount of people are micheal moore believing idiots and well..i could rant about this stuff for hours but i wont lol
hhahaa,, duuh rite?? thankss neways
@thisishowweduit If I had such a car I wouldn't care where the engine was :)
Perhaps you should move to Hollywood? Lol!
u mean "kid" not kids.. unless they fit in the boot
haha
lookat his helmet
