Very cool! The fog in the middle is just crazy and freaky. The water is so clear above the fog it's like there's no water at all. As always stay safe out there.
Thanks Al and team. Some exciting and amazing moments there. Al, now that you are the master of a small underwater vessel within these lost mines, I suppose that entitles you to the rank of Mine Captain :-)
I think you did a great job with the ROV, I would have had it a right mess if I was driving. I feel quite privileged to "be down there" with you... I got to see things that haven been seen in a loooong time. Looking forward to the next video!
Absolutely incredible , it makes me think of some deep ocean exploring, its magical , places never seen ,you're Channel is so great and really love how its advancing , you both do such a fantastic job , thank you 👍
Absolutely amazing to see, it's so awesome because you are looking at things that have been lost for years. A fantastic video, thank you for sharing, much love. xx ❤
Compliments to the team, excellent footage, keep it up. Its obvious the advantage of using the ROV over that of footage taken by divers, look at the amount of silt.
You are getting pretty good with the rov now 👍 well done 🙏 ... You should have a competition to name the little yellow chap ....what about Jacques custard 😂 after Cousteau .....
Just a tip, when i have used underwater drones i pull the slack of the umbilical cord so it doesn't get caught or tangled on it's self. Love the videos keep them coming. Have you ever considered testing some of the water in the mines, would be interesting to see what the results are. 👍🏻👍🏻🇦🇺
I love your videos and the knowledge you have about the history of the mines and the area. The use of an ROV is such a brilliant idea. We've got a lot of abandoned mines in N Wales, a lot of old slate mines. It's such a fascinating subject, keep up the great work.
This is just amazing. It's like a historical time capsule frozen in time. Was wondering how this lost level flooded? Did the miners accidentally flood it or did this happen over time due to neglect?
That looks like good piloting to me, especially for your 2nd time. So please don't take this as a criticism. I wonder if you might find some useful advise on the "DIVE TALK" YT channel. They are cave divers and might have advice about avoiding silting out the water. Commercial surface supply divers might have some tips about cable management too. Really cool to see all of that mining equipment submerged. I think halocline might be the right word. I swam through a drastic one going from salt water of the Gulf of Mexico to where fresh water exited the mouth of a cave which I was sensible enough to stay out of. Where the fresh and salt waters mix you go blind until you push past the mixing zone which was an interesting experience.
at minute 10:28 as the ROV is turning, there is a formation of light, that appears to be current, but if you observe closely, it appears to speed off in a way that can only be explained as supernatural.
I noticed that those lines on the walls are at the same height as the misty water, leading me to believe that the two things are linked, as in one causing the other.
Wow great job there, absolutely brilliant, well done this has taken your channel to a whole new level (see what I did there haha), but jokes aside that was really fascinating and informative thank you, well done
Excellent pilot skills Al. Getting some awesome video for your investment. I thought I could use one of these but then I saw the price and realized I don't need one that bad. Did you get the robot arm with it?
REQUEST: Could you publish the whole adventure as a single long vid after the episodes have aired please? Selfishly suits my viewing prefs (and there'll be other folks too, mind) AND you'll get even more of them sweet views and eyeball time - win-win! 😬 Unrelated, bloody hell, this is seeing stuff most people never get to see to a whole other level, thanks for doing this! And once again, all the historical info and details yer man there gives is so good. Is it Ewan? Please set me straight, hate getting someone's name wrong. Crack on, chaps.
I'd have loved to have heard your reaction to seeing the mine cart!
We are going to film our reactions live when we go next
Very cool! The fog in the middle is just crazy and freaky. The water is so clear above the fog it's like there's no water at all. As always stay safe out there.
The idea of nobody seeing this level and the cart since the 1880s gives me chills. Awesome work!
Thanks Al and team. Some exciting and amazing moments there.
Al, now that you are the master of a small underwater vessel within these lost mines, I suppose that entitles you to the rank of Mine Captain :-)
Glad you enjoyed it
The way Ioan makes sense of the mines is always so impressive. Not bad at all Al, for only the second excursion. I look forward to the next upload.
I was a radio control crane operator. All it takes is time on the stick and practice. Mine was moving 100 ft . long airplane wings : ) .
Das ist absolut wunderbar .
Was für Bilder .
Vielen Dank für das Video .
Schade das das schon zu Ende war
Viele Grüsse alles Gute
Frank Galetzka
I love the cloud layer, I wouldn't have imagined thar would have occurred without disturbance, learn something every day.

Like flakes of gold in the water!
Great under water video's for only using the RVO in tight space"s.
Great piloting skills leads to great mine exploration! Thanks!
What an amazing video guys can't wait to see the next one, keep up the great work with the ROV.
Cheers from the land down under 👍
Such educational history thank you from Colorado USA 👍
Great job lads That wagon ? Did the miners take the wagon down as a complete piece of equipment or take it down in bits ? as it looks a big wagon .
Coolbeens. Really cool 😎
Absolutely incredible, great work guys

This is awesome guys! 10/10 on both ROV trips!
Great work with the Fifish amazing to see inside the flooded mine
absolutely fascinating!!!
Way cool! Keep them coming!
Absolutely stunning someday I will pilot an ROV of my own into some of the mines here in Alaska
Great work✨
That's a bloody amazing aquarium lads. When you putting the fish in? Great video as always and that waggon first time its been viewed in 100+ years?
Would love to see you taking ya rov up to the coniston copper mines👍
Great stuff. . wow just wowo - wicked nice. . .
That was fascinating 👍
This is just amazing. It's like a historical time capsule frozen in time. Was wondering how this lost level flooded? Did the miners accidentally flood it or did this happen over time due to neglect?
You need to add another member to your team that can go diving down to investigate the flooded levels!
Sounds like certain death
I get more anxiety couch piloting this ROV than probably having to swim in this mine
Awesome footage! Can’t wait for the next one.
Coming soon!
Soooo cool !
What's the operational range of these rovs?
Sooo Coool!

I remember you talking about doing this, I'm not disappointed🍻
Wow that's awesome 👌
Very cool..

AWSOME
It certainly gives mine exploring a new dimension, the Sub is definitely going to get stuck at some point 👉 do you have a plan A and B for this event?
What depth can it go before it implodes
'
Wonder if fish would thrive down in these places

Self reply - somebody said "Ioan" in another comment, phew! Sorry Ioan!
Like exploring Titanic - and at only 20 meters instead of 4000 meters
😎
😊
