After coming back from the movie I am actually really surprised how accurate it was to the actual movie, sure some key parts were left out but some scenes were 1 to 1 with the movie, great on you slick 🔥

Yeah when Godzilla was a baby Skar king killed his mom. After that day Godzilla swore revenge.
That made me think that Godzilla's like the Eren Jaeger of the Monsterverse, he probably encountered Skar as a young teenager.

I really wish we got everything from 6:00 to 7:23 in the actual movie. This was the only thing that really felt missing in the movie to me. Its crazy how a 10 minute animation had godzilla and kong INTERACTING more than the almost 2 hour movie. Adam Wingard said this was going to be a buddy cop movie, but there was no sence of that to me. They just had there rematch and then BOOM!!! Final battle running scene. I don't even remember them even looking at eachother after the rematch.
the last quarter of the movie , in which all the fights happened, was definitely rushed.

Honestly hope this happens in the movie, I want intelligence shown from Godzilla as much as I want from Kong. I also wouldn’t mind some emotional intelligence (even duo TOHO sad Godzilla can’t show emotion I think Adam Wingard will anyway)

I like how you portrayed godzilla & kong working together better than the actual movie since we didn’t really see them bonding too much in the movie, it was just them like “oh alright” after mothra stops the fight between them, but you showed them working together side by side and actually made it feel like they were a team, either way. Loved this animation & the movie

2:31 oh!! The idea that there are more “Orangu-Kongs” other than Skar King isn’t something I’ve been expecting from the Monaterverse, despite how that should be the case considering he’s definitely not from the exact same species as the “Gorilla-Kongs” like Kong himself.
I hope we at least glimpse other “Orangu-Kongs” in the background during the actual movie.
