- In this series of videos, Tom Howard shows how to create different experiments to explain the science behind weather.
In this video, Tom explains an experiment that demonstrates cyclones and anticyclones.

so surprising that the complex motion in the earth can represent by just using some simple apparatus
Excellent demonstration.
Great visualisation
what is this green liquid in the tank?
Excellent 👍
wonderful 🤩
Awesome!!!
great 1
Really useful, thanks 4 the video.
I can't understand
thanks for the vid :)
Nice
nice
why coriolis force is strongest at poles and zero at equator.
earth rotation speed is higher at equator which leads to weaken the coriolis force whereas at poles earths rotation slow as compare to equator.
Why does high speed weakens Coriolis force?
because at the poles try to think yourself. The area of surface is very low as compared to equator. Therefore, when air passes through the poles it takes less time and due to less surface it became stronger or faster than that of equator
@@AfzalKhan0011 I'd say it's more about the proportionate distance.
Eg- for every 1km at all, there's, supposedly, 90km of distance moved at the equator.
Time to complete a rotation would be the same.
the part where he's putting in the water sounds like ur in an ASMR video
I dont understand a thing you say
cyclone came to our country trees Fell down
At 1:48 the green liquid looks like a fidget spinner
