Brand New Days has always been one of my favorite Persona tracks, and I was really disappointed to see that the instrumental section from the credits wasn't included on the official soundtrack like they did for Memories of You. I agree with you it was a shame they didn’t add this to the OST as they did with Memories of You, so I’m also glad I found this
