I have been on an elimination diet for over 8 years, in the style of the Lions Diet, 90% of the year for health reasons because I have been chronically ill for 34 years, and was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at the age of 14! Incurable disease.... It's the same with Crohn's disease, they must have been completely wrongly diagnosed, I don't know how weird such diagnoses come about in hospitals in the USA! Did you make the diagnosis yourself via Google? Because Crohn's disease is incurable, it's impossible that they can or could cure it with a warning, regardless of whether you're a carnivore or vegan! A friend of mine has this disease, no diet cures this chronic inflammatory disease of the digestive system! The vast majority of people with Crohn's disease have to undergo an operation sooner or later and have an external anus put in, which means they spend the rest of their lives passing their daily bowel movements into a bag that sits on their stomach and is connected! So either they have something completely different and have been given a weird diagnosis that is wrong. Here in Switzerland, the process of examinations, diagnoses and tests for Crohn's disease takes between 3-6 months with 1-3 weekly visits to specialists or hospitals for this disease until the disease is 100% diagnosed and then you are immediately prepared for the inevitable operation for this disease! So, Crohn's disease cannot possibly be cured with a warning! At most, you can alleviate certain problems such as pain and improve them, but you cannot cure them. Sorry, it's a fairy tale and a lie when people say that about themselves! Greetings 🙏🏼🇨🇭🤘🏼

Josh, instant pot your bones, 3 hours on high pressure cook, add whatever you want but i usually just do redmond salt and a couple teaspoons of ACV. And then if you look into what the general population eat in the "blue zones" they also stay clear of a lot of types of meat. They eat very little meat...red or other. When it comes down to it, I think focusing on what we eat really has a lot to do with our health goals in that moment in our live. One person who wants to be healthy but also perform athletically at a high level...their diet will look much different than someone who wants to be healthy and try to live to 100 with all of their cognitive ability at a high level. /shrug

Creatine is really good EXCEPT for people with high blood pressure. Low doses might not affect your Bp too much, especially if you normally have good BP. Also, if you're eating a lot of red meat, creatine supplements are not necessary. The statement varies for everybody so please monitor your health. When I asked 99% of my patients, what's your last blood pressure reading? None of them know it. Stay safe, stay strong, stay healthy.
