- Two Suzuki DRZ400E's take on three major hill climbs. Blue Rag Range Track, Mount Gibbo Track and Mount Pinnibar Track to complete this epic adventure ride.
A five day, 1250km Victorian High Country adventure ride onslaught. We chose the hardest tracks on offer and linked them all together to create 'The Hard Way' route whilst being fully loaded up. This ride was the hardest ride I have completed as an adventure ride.

The words and thoughts you say for your Dad get me every time Buddy! Awesome ride!
Congratulations......you kept someone to the end....you actually finished a ride with another person...and on a DRZ....great series mate...look forward to more great content. Garth
Haha, only just. But yes I’m pumped that not all my rides finish as a solo one.
Awesome Video Lance VZ.. Keep up the good work .. Thoroughly enjoyed.. Matt T..
Awesome trip lads! Just editing my Pinnibar trip as we speak. Great minds think alike.
Be keen to see your footage. It’s a great place to ride.
An awesome adventure, you two seem to get on great and that comes across in the footage and makes for entertaining viewing. The footage is inspiring and makes me wish we had trails like that here in the U.K. but unfortunately we don’t. I’m already looking forward to your next adventure, thanks for inviting us all along on this series 👍
Appreciate it mate. Yeah Josh and I compliment each other well, very lucky to have come across one another as riding buddies.
I liked the HUG at the end, nice ride guys. I live in Oregon USA and have a 2005 DRZ400s it’s a great bike.
Yeah Josh tried to avoid it but he was getting a hug one way or another lol.
They are a top bike. 👍
Ripper of a series mate! A legendary ride, and a great watch start to finish.
Thanks mate. You just keep at it on that KLR, TH-cam needs that stuff. 🤙
@@The_Apprentice_Adventurer Cheers Lance!
Great trip fellas, spewing I live in WA otherwise I would be doing this trip myself. You guys are very lucky to have such a great place to ride relatively close to home.
Thanks mate. You’ll have to do a Nullarbor crossing and spend a few weeks here.
Great stuff Lance. :)
Fantastic motorcycle adventure Lance! Thanks for sharing. I enjoyed your videos, in particular your Dad being with you. I look forward to your next adventure. 👏😁
Thanks for tuning in mate.
Love watching from Canada. Love your outlook and you are not running fancy bikes. I ride Dr650.
Thanks mate. Our bikes are as basic as they come. 👍

Great video. Beautiful landscape
Great ride and riding guys. Really enjoyed these videos. Such beautiful country

Great adventure and filming by both of you. Congrats
A great series, and watching you two and the fun you have is what it's all about
You will have a great feeling of acomplishment after that series. Well done and having a mate you can rely on is big deal.
Thanks mate. Definitely gonna be hard to top this ride.
Fantastic job on documenting an amazing trip Mate. The end really got me , its what's it's all about in my opinion, the brotherhood the experience and memories shared with a dear friend and fellow rider is truly an amazing adventure. Can't wait for the next adventure.
Glad you enjoyed it mate. We had one hell of an adventure together👍

Now I know the DR stands for Deer Racer.
Great trip Lance, loved it. Where to next?
Thanks mate. The next big ride I’d like to head to the Flinders Ranges. Should be a good spot.
@@The_Apprentice_Adventurer
On your way to the Flinders, stay at the Peterborough hotel if get a chance.
Cheap rooms and secure bike parking, but more importantly they know the best places to ride.
There’s also an excellent little bike museum to check out while you’re there.
You’ll love the flinders too.
As long as you love rocks 😂.
Great video of the high country mate, I lived 20ks out of corryong on a 50 acre property, I would ride my old xr600r Honda all over Gibbo and pinnabar and across the Murray to Tom groggin reserve and elsewhere I really miss that high country riding, I moved away 6 years ago miss it so much, keep up the good work.
Try some more pressure in the front mate, otherwise it’ll feel a bit grabby, great series as usual ❤❤
Damn I'd love to come ride with my aussie bros. Looks great
Come on over mate. 🤙
I did an almost exact route as you did on my own 2 or 3 weeks before, and you are right they are no joke. Well done guys I drowned the bike at the Tom Groggin crossing 🙂
Ohhhh no way, hopefully that was the end of your ride and not the start of it.
@@The_Apprentice_Adventurer it was. But had to dewater the bike in the middle of the river. 😁
Good on you guys! What a great series and an awesome adventure you shared with us.
Great video again, appreciate the time you put in. The DRz with big bore is a beast, are you running same gearing as Josh?
Thanks mate. Yeah we both had 15-44. Josh really struggled on the hills with that gearing.
Bloody awesome series mate, so enjoyable to watch. Think it’s fair to say you have passed your apprenticeship lol……
Thanks mate. I’m always learning and winging things but I’ll take it 👍
Shame you didn’t do misery trail. It’s nearby and a bit of fun.
I’ll suss that out next time 🤙
