🤿 Scuba diving under the bridge at Phil Foster Memorial Park | Riviera Beach, FL

Experience what it's like scuba diving the artificial reef and under the bridge at Phil Foster Memorial Park in Riviera Beach Florida, located underneath the Blue Heron Bridge. See beautiful fish that inhabit the artificial reef and also take a look at what I saw underneath the the Blue Heron Bridge. Scuba diving Phil Foster Park has been a great experience and I've been there many times!
The park is open to the public and free to visit. If you decide to snorkel or scuba at the park, make sure that you enter the water about 1/2 hour before high tide on a tidal chart.
