    Brother, any training plans you reccomend? Got this coming up May 20th, 12 Weeks out and really trying to get between a 1:30-1:40 time.

      No one plan in particular. I’d say make sure you have a longer run somewhere in the week doesn’t need to be excessive, I’d recommend somewhere around 80 to 100 minutes. And then most of the week can be done in an aerobic state and maybe have one day of speed work

    Love the videos my man. Had a question: I know that heart resting heart rate and active heart rate decreases as you lose weight, but what about when someone puts on muscle from being really lean? Does resting heart rate and active heart rate increase by putting on muscle? Or does it not because it’s not fat? Hope that made sense! X

      Heart rate will decrease over time from an increased level of fitness, meaning it takes time. Yes, the more muscle you have the more oxygen you’re body requires during strenuous anaerobic exercise.
      You can still increase fitness while putting on muscle. Train anaerobic twice a week. Ie; Track work

    Dude I just did the Philly half last month and my watch had me at 13.4 when I finished… the course is always long 😅
