If Uncle Stu had a southern nephew!! I have a bit of a soft spot for anything Motone, I've just ordered a set of the titanium "Hero blobs" for my speedmaster. There will be sparks, oh yes!! Love the way the t100 has turned out, a stunning looking, and now sounding piece of kit. Enjoyed the irony of your choice of T shirt.
Great project from start to finish, thanks for the uploads. One of the great selling points of these mufflers are that you no longer need to remove them to access the rear axle bolt
LO looking on your cabinet door the Riverside Walters license plate frame, I live a few miles from Riverside, California, in fact Im going to the Riverside Harley Dealership this Morning. Nice looking motorcycle 😀 Always liked the street tracker or similar style motorcycles.
Looks great! Why are bike mufflers so expensive compared to their stainless car cousins that are much bigger, heavier, have more metal and cost more to wearhouse and ship?
I guess it’s down to the finish in some cases? Car ones are generally hidden away. But then I’ve fitted stainless steel exhausts to cars that are eye wateringly expensive! No price on these ones as of yet, but I suspect they’ll be the same as the Saturn’s at £399, which I think is a great price
@@scottmountifield1314 @Man Cave Moto also curious about this? I have installed the Saturn Vs on my AC t100 this week, yours sounds to have more of a grumble than mine. Noticed the baffles may come out but seem to take a bit of persuasion.
I notice that you have the motone fork brace fitted. Is this purely because you have removed the front mudguard, or does this brace offer improve handling if the mudguard bracket remains?
I fitted it to show that one was available. I have now refitted the front mudguard. But it will stiffen the front up and improve the handling over just the mudguard mount.
I've obviously not had any chance to ride it any distance yet, but because of the shape of the seat base, theres still a good amount of foam in it. Plenty comfy to sit on
Tony a started watching you a few years back with the street twin & really enjoyed it You either need a new bike to bolt stuff to , or do a full restoration be interesting 🤔 either way Cheers mark 🇬🇧🍺👍🏻
Great build mate. Love to hear it in the flesh as it were.

Thanks, and exactly, that’s really handy
I'm sorry to say, I forgot this project even existed. Looks good either way!
I was almost the same Sam, theres a long development programme for exhausts ;)
Love the double stitching diamond pattern seat. The new exhaust sounds tops too.
I think so too!
Beautiful bike Tony! Your vision is keen.
Cheers Gene
Very nicely done project.
Thank you very much!
What an awesome way to finish it off Tony. She’s a stunner, it will be a sad day when you hand her back over 😢
Yes it will be sad, BUT i'll be getting some room back in my garage
Bike looks amazing and sounds fantastic! Nice one Tony!
Thanks 👍
great looking bike
Enjoyed watching the series, thise mufflers sound gloeious, maybe even better than my Brithish Customs Predator Pro Shortys!
Thanks Gene
Very nice exhausts. Where's the front mudguard?
I took it off when I fitted the fork brace, and liked the look. It would most likely go back on for use on the road
@@mancavemoto First puddle would sort you out. lol
What a great looking bike 👍 sounds incredible
Cheers Andy

I picked up the frame at a swap meet because my surname is Walters and i couldnt resist it.

that's cool, it gives me a smile, I also laugh because Riverside also has a Donald Street.😆
Have the baffles been removed on these Saturn V's?
No, they are as they come from Motone
@@mancavemoto interesting, you definitely have a better sound than mine. I also have a T100 and Saturn Vs.
Very 😎

bike parts in general are more expensive. Tyres brake, pads and disks, exhausts, seats, body work. Everything really!

@@mancavemoto On the video have you removed the baffles or is this with them in? Any ideas on when these will be released...?

Sounds great. Did you do decat?
No, the pre cats are still in the headers, and the Motone silencers are pretty much stright throughs

The seat looks great, but how comfortable is it?
The exhaust sounds good, and not obnoxiously loud, but very nice grumble to it.

Cheers Mark, its something i've been trying to sort. Sadly I don't have the spare cash to go out a buy a project bike for a build
His street twin videos cost me a fortune 😂😂👌
What bars are they and are they 1"?
Biltwell moto bars,- and yes 1 inch
Looks and sounds great. Where did you get those handlebars from and what model are they.👍
They are Biltwell moto bars
@@mancavemoto Thanks.
MOT failure due no rear foot pegs
Bolt them on for the MOT….
Too loud in my opinion.
