    Afzal, this is the most concise and easiest digestible content on finance. As someone who has a PE interview coming up, these terms are all great refreshers, keep up the great work, love your videos!! If you had a few tips on how to pass first round interviews with a small PE firm, let me know !

    Hi Afzal, please could you offer some advice?
    I've recently graduated with a first class in maths from a non-target uni. Unfortunately, I was not aware of the importance of experience during my time at uni. I am planning to do a few internships this year to get some relevant work experience. Ideally, I don't want to wait till next summer to do these internships. Can you give some advice on applying for off-cycle internships? Thank you.

    How are Mezzanines Different from Convertibles ?

    • @AfzalHussein
      @AfzalHussein  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Convertible debt has lower interest payments to begin with and a more expensive equity dilution later on.
      Mezzanine debt on the other hand has higher interest payments up front and a lower equity participation later on.

    Are cryptocurrency and business incompatible? I think youre not keeping up with the news. While you thought it was impossible, some enthusiasts from Cannafarm Ltd integrated cryptocurrency into the production of medical cannabis. What do you say now?

      Crypto is extremely vulnerable to fraud and chain forking controversy by design. If it ever truly becomes mainstream these problems will reveal themselves and there will be immense backlash.
