You guys are doing a great job. One thing I think would be helpful is talking more about the golf at each community. How many courses; are they well maintained; what are the charges etc. Golf is the number one area of interest for me and a lot of people and detail is important.
This was a generally well-done survey of Orlando area 55+ developments. However, I’m an Explore55Plus client and new owner at Palms at Serenoa (PAS). The video gave an impression that we live on/near 192 behind the gaudy “wizard” gift shop. In reality, that is of course very far from true as we’re over 4 miles north of 192 on Sawgrass Bay Blvd which is a highly valued future connector road to Flamingo Crossing/Winter Garden and Disney (and which was not mentioned). I’m an active viewer of Explore55Plus videos and believe they can also be a good driver of home shopping and in turn property values. Unfortunately, the overview on my community came up a bit short.

So, one additional selling point to mention though for the Palms at Serenoa community is that when the Sawgrass Bay Blvd extension is completed late 2015 into Orange County Winter Garden that this gives this community access to the Horizon West area as well as a less than 10 mile drive to Disney world property via Western Way.

Very cool guys, thank you. I’d love to see the same presentation that focuses only on golf communities (including The Villages). A nice side by side comparison which would include how many courses, if they have a driving range, restaurants etc etc. Can you have your own pool, comparisons etc. Purdy please 😊 I would really, really love that guide 😊. Just FYI - Tohoqua Reserve is the 55+ community that is part of the larger, non-age restricted community of Tohoqua. Reserve residents not only have access to their own private amenity center, but can also use the amenity center created for the larger master planned community.
Only one deal breaker with each one. There all in Florida... Couldn't give me one of these if I was responsible for all the taxes, insurance, and "Florida f*ck me fees". It's a damn shame what generations of corruption have created in this state. But as PT Barnum is credited for saying " there's a sucker born every minute".
