This is a great video, my mom wants to move to am55+ community but transportation is an issue since she doesn’t drive. Do these 55+ communities offer day trips or weekly trips for seniors (shopping, medical appointments etc)

Conspicuously missing The Villages……The Folks at Pennbrooke like all the stuff the villages has to offer, but choose to not live there? The Villages HOA is lower than all of these others and offers way more amenities. Calling the Villages “It’s own animal” shows your bias.
Oh. My. Gosh. Is there seriously a place called “Plantation”? Needless to say I won’t be buying there. Plantation, come on Florida let’s do better than this 😢
Wow! The vast majority of us who had no relatives that lived on plantations have ZERO guilt. The fact that you brought it up exposes your guilt and perhaps so much more. Go WOKE go BROKE!

Disc golf parks in this area cost $25 to $40 per round of play. All day passes start at $100.

What do you think about Cypress Lakes in Lakeland. I am still a couple of years out from retiring but have been looking at this community.
We have heard good things from our expert on Lakeland. We haven’t been there yet to be honest.
