DW and Lasangle seem quite content to continue neglecting the remaining Day 1/Part 1 servants. It'd be nice if they could just spend some time just polishing off folk like Leonidas, Mata-Hari and Shakespeare (among the many others) so they don't look so god-awfully clunky compared to the new guys/girls.
Tbh, i think that people have been focusing on her having an AOE art NP too much that they forget that her kit make her a good Art-Crit support. I mean, sure, she can have a Sp NP as well, but Ruler Skadi has an AOE Quick NP while being a Quick Sp, Koyan light has an AOE Buster NP while being a Buster Sp. I see no one complain
The thing is that there's already a lot of AOE Arts NP servants added this year alone. Like 4 of them, adding her as another one of them is not a good thing. I expected her to be like Jeanne but she focuses on providing ATK buffs to allies with her NP providing something like Crit up, 1 NP Overcharge, 3 turn of healing for allies and the buff block with defence down on enemies.

Nah. Ruler Jeanne will be a really strong Arts looper with a great NP gain. But she will be dead after that. Her canon La Pucelle NP is basically Stella 2.0 after all. She uses it in Extella, and she does burn herself to death. So you must have a guts support for her. Unless she burns her own buffs too lol.

My goodness. Popess Johanna is just beautiful with the animations she has whether it be the 1st and 2nd, or 3rd ascensions. Plus love the Noble Phantasm. Sure it's a AoE pattern. But who's really complaining about that? Either way just wonderful.
Not really a fan of AoE Ruler but I don't care, I want her ever since appearance in Traum so no reason for me to not go full force. Ended up at NP2 Lv100 10/10/10 and no regret.
I think in terms of her NP, they should have went the same route they did with Percival: An AOE damage that can also do some support. Preferably an all party heal, or a invulnerability piercing immune shield(I forgot the actual term for it)
Now that I know only AOE servants are gonna be released on a 9 months period. That could be a lot SQ saved since I already have castoria and Sapce Ishtar for farming. I usually don't summon for characters I already have on Jp or vice vesa so I can literally chill for those 9 months.😎

Another arts looper, Lasengle gave up trying to make interesting NPs and decided to just go "Hey, we know you love AOE loopers who help farm our grindy game so much, so here is AOE Arts looper for Human trait enemies only". They are just gonna churn out loopers for each class, card type and trait, aren't they.
Looks like Joan might be the Arts looping Ruler we deserve, even with her AoE support-ish kit. -- NA gets Muramasa, JP gets Rasputin, NA gets Taira, JP gets Nitocris Alter, NA gets Caren, JP gets Pope Joan... The next major NA releases are Galatea and Miss Crane.
Very nice design. I actually quite like her attack animations, some are quite orignal. And her kit is great for helping arts teammates, especially someone like Lancelot or another arts crit dps. Her np is really what holds her back from being an amazing support. I wish it had been some kind of invul and 1 time heal or something, not another aoe arts loopable no. Because she herself is lacking as a dps due to her low attack stat. Even with black grail she’s gonna get outdamaged outside her niche. And even in her niche, she’s neutral looping everything, and there are better neutral loopers that beat her even in her niche as farmers. Good servant choice, good design, nice animations, unfortunate NP. Still a solid servant overall. Can probably be a decent mixed core semi-support dps outside of looping.

her kit is very good man, it is her np being aoe is bad. Also servants from lostbelt 7 like tezca and kukulkan has really good kit as well. but again they are aoe. kirei and nitocris also has really good kit. Tezca and nitocis being aoe makes sense but kirei and kukulkam should not be aoe.
That’s even worse IMO because they’re making servants with interesting kits (Kuku being the prime example) but then just slapping in an AOE np even if it doesn’t fit with the rest of their kit at all. And then people stop talking about how interesting the skills are and only focus on whether the character can loop or not. It’s just so tiring.
Seems like she is designed for Challenge Quests or Boss levels with the semi-support skills, like a sub-dps to someone who can crit with arts like vritra or something. At least it's a different kind of looper than just pure offense. And cute.

3 accessions have the same NP animation, haven't seen it for awhile now.
Indeed, even Kirei's 3rd ascension NP have a bit of a change in the background compare to the previous ascensions NP.
