USAF F35 does an awesome wing wave down Kirkstone Pass in the Lake District UK.

Had a recent knee op and cant get up them there hills so trawling the Archives for some content! This was one of two F35s coming down Kirkstone Pass in the Lake District that didnt quite make the cut as the tracking by the camera operator wasnt the best AKA me!! Nice little wave at the end from one of the pilots. Hi,
I shall be holidaying near Ullswater next week. After giving up aviation photography a few years ago and not having been to this area before (driving up from Devon). Where would you suggest having a walk (accidentally on purpose with the family) to view side on or top down in the vicinity of Ullswater so I can say we're going for a walk but may just see a jet or two?

@@richcliff6224 anywhere along ullswater would give you a chance. Glenridding is a nice spot for the family and has other activities to do aswell. Hope you see something!
