It's Moriarty. That alone should make it a "YES YES YES". One of the better and fun characters in the game, and he's old, but charming. The best old man in the game, though Yagyu is pretty awesome as well.

He's my main DPS, he's just so awesome. If you're looking for only np damage and numbers, then that's fine. Don't roll him. But man, he's a really good burst servant and his kit + personality is so fun! Not to mention, his animations are so cool.
