Beautiful work, Leslie! I’m curious, when doing traditional or even digital art, what is your process for mapping out a portrait? Do you use a constructed format like Lumos method, or do you just go straight in and just know where to put everything? The line art is always so perfect! Even when you were drawing the fingers, I didn’t even look like you were having any trouble, knowing where to put everything! so amazing❄️❄️❄️✨🎄😄

Ahhh!!! I love this question!! Yes the Lumos method is exactly what I do! I actually didn't even know that was the name of it so I had to look it up haha! I will say though that for some reason when I make my initial circle I ALWAYS end up going way smaller than I mean to haha! Oh and it is literally only the power of editing that makes the hands look easy. Hands are the hardest thing for me to draw so I did it over and over and over again before getting them to the point you see in this video hahaha! I have been really wanting to do a few tutorial videos; how I create my sketch, how I go about the coloring process, and how I film and edit my videos. Hopefully that will help plus show the reality of how many times I have to redraw and erase hahah! 🥰❄🎄

@@LuRuStudios yes, I think a process video is a very, very good idea!! I think it’s always good for any art channel to show their process and it could be considered a light tutorial for those who are trying to learn or are just interested in how you do what you do :-)😉

@@creativesolutionstoart I totally agree!! I love seeing the process other artists use!! I will definitely be filming one very soon to upload early in the new year!
