Just to clarify 2:40, I believe you can wind wall his q, but not in the way you think. You can block the little blood stream that goes back to him that heals him to negate the heal. So basically you wind wall his heal, not the damage he does to you.
Or you could at one point, I remember using it against him at some point

Well, here's a funny bit of math for you.
You hit 3000 total gold at level 7 which is enough for the LDR
Lethality at level 7 only gives 75% of its total value as armor penetration at level 7.
That means any lethality item, no matter how potent (18 being the most), is only worth at most about 13 or 14 armor pen at that point
By level 7, most champs have about 50 armor, 30% of 50 is 15. So LDR literally always wins against any lethality item at almost any point in the game at which you can get it.
The bottom line is the armor pen is not really the deadly part of lethality items. They're mostly scary because they add so much utility. Dashes, invis, big bonus damage procs, shields, shield cut, spell shield, 5% execute, ult refund, etc. There really is no lethality stat stick (Collector and Axiom are close), they're all pretty useful while still allowing you to build full damage. LDR is just a massive stat stick.
What's truly great about LDR is the fact that it *amplifies* how effective lethality is since the lethality portion of the calculation comes *AFTER* % penetration.

yea pen% doesnt add on top of each other.
@Electric IAN % pen and % reduction do, but reduction makes % pen less efficient. But you won't get true damage out of anyone without as much lethality as possible plus % pen

A lvl 5 Yasuo Q base dmg is 120.
The average dmg if it were to crit 38% of the time would be 141 (Yasuo crits for 47% of damage so the crit Q does 177. So Yasuo would do 120 62% of the time and 177 38% of the time)
With just a pickaxe it does 146 (The Pickaxe gives 25 AD and the Q has 105% AD scaling. So the pickaxe gives 26 additional dmg on the Q)
For consistent damage the Pickaxe is still better but if you get lucky crits you might be able to burst down your target faster if you get the cloak.

Sugesstion: Shenstormer.
What does it do? Insane 1v1 potential (Q scales with AP and does % HP dmg, more so when empowered), 3k R shield.
Suggested build: Full AP+CDR Shen: Nashor's tooth, Cooldown boots, Night harvester, Cosmic drive, Dcap, Lich Bane/Zhonya/Banshee
Suggested runes: Dark harvest (HOB not worth), cheap shot/TOB, eyeball, ulti hunter, second wind, revitalize.
Suggested spells: ignite + ghost.
Playstyle: very good short trades, solid sustain with doran shield, free matchup into tanks. Harder into bruisers. Powerspike at 2 items, from there huge snowball.
Last Time you did this Lethality Yasuo it was a total banger!! Love the content.... keep it up
Btw the Crit math is simple... 600 Gold usually for 15% Crit... but since you have 38% Crit you get value of 1200+ Gold.... thats better then 875Gold Pickaxe ;) (This is ofc only just for the eraly state where you are below 100% Crit.) Later on you can do the math with the addidional AD you get for capping 100%

Vlad is a dirty champ... a burn vlad leo, demonic but going stereks 3rd gor tankyness. It gives hp shield and a bit of ap from passive and demonic. Its the safety net build.

I don't think cleaver calculates the same as armor pen, it specifically says it lowers their armor, so in theory it would act as 30% of their armor as lethality, but also it makes other armor pen items less effective, let's say the target has 100 armor and you have 20% pen, then only 80 of their armor effects you, but if you reduce their 100 down to 70 with cleaver, then your 20% no longer removes 20 armor, it removes 20% of 70 which is only 14 armor reduced, so the total reduction is still better, but it makes accurate calculations more tricky
That thing yasuo mains do to use an extra Q before ulti is called airblade combo, it's really easy and useful

This might be a dumb suggestion, but could you try playind ad viktor? since his q aa scales with ap and ad
You can find the expected value(EV) of critical strike items 2 ways. Use these EV to compare to attack damage when pickaxe is bought.
Method 1: EV is found by adding the following: Critical strike chance times critical strike damage and (1 - critical strike chance) times attack damage. Ex. 38% crit chance x 140 damage + 62% miss crit × 100 damage = 115 AD, so pickaxe(125 AD) is better in this hypothetical.
Method 2: Im always lucky. I will critically strike them. EV is equal to critical strike damage. Ex. Critical strike damage is 140 AD, which is higher than the 125 AD from pickaxe in this hypothetical.
I'd recommend being lucky and buying the crit.
Hey Zwag, on the Yasuo math: at 9:06 you bought crit cloak that added 37,5% crit chance to your 118 auto-attack damage.
Critical strikes deal 175% of the auto-attack damage, but for yasuo it's reduced to 157,5%, so we can say
that by buying the crit cloak you've got 118*0,575*0,375 = 25,44 bonus damage
(considering that you deal infinite number of strikes so that the crit chance is representative yada-yada-yada)
And the pickaxe would have given you 25 bonus damage. So the crit cloak was more profitable in this case. Congrats on the right choice!
It is actually very funny because if you had 117 damage and not 118 the pickaxe would beat the crit cloak.

Not sure if you figure it out in the video, but you can Windwall Vlad E and the heal on his empowered Q, but not the damage from it. I don't know if you block the heal from the regular Q. If you have passive up, you can just eat a Vlad Q and WW the heal for free instead of playing far back enough while it's up that he gets a heal from the minions.
