what's the difference between this and the J5create ScreenCast 4k

Forgot to mention that it does support IOS devices too, I don't have one to test it out.
Also it does pops up a screen with some video's in the display you've connected (like an android screen), It'll show a qr code to scan and play from the mobile device to the monitor. It's not a big thing to show and not a useful thing either.
