Great guide. Sad part is now that I am older I seem to have been become way more cautious with Box jumps :-( so now I just take it slow and steady.

Well, if the box is not 45cm, but 60 or even 75, it’s sometimes hard to land it in something other than a full squat.
I do the squatting jump 😅
