    As a coach thank you for that PVC option at the end for dealing with box jump fear. Gives me a new option for helping some of the members in my gym.

    Thanks for a great video! Ever since I went sideways off a box onto a rower, I've had a huge mental block trying to box jump. I hope this gets me back to being able to jump again!

    Great guide. Sad part is now that I am older I seem to have been become way more cautious with Box jumps :-( so now I just take it slow and steady.

    Well, if the box is not 45cm, but 60 or even 75, it’s sometimes hard to land it in something other than a full squat.

    What's the optimum height of the box if I start doing jump box . I am learning to add in my workouts .

    I’ve done box jumps for a few weeks now but every time I do it hurt my stomach for the next few days and ruins my workout plans. What can I do to correct this?
