Ager to bailor ko car k defect k bary men pta tha r usny is fact ko disclose nhi kiya either intentionaly r unintentionaly so in such a case he will be liable otherwise if breaks are failed inevitably then bailor will not liable
Bcz duty of bailor to disclose faults in goods bailed... if bailor was ignorant about the fact he will not be liable

Agar bailee gusse mai aakr mare ko ghar se bahar nikal de toh kya bailee ko bailor ke loss ko dena padega or bailor ko bailee ke loss ko dena padega kyuki mare ne bailee ki wife ko hit kia or usse internal problems hui
