Broker is an agent.
Section 184 of indian contact act... A person who is not major, may not be an agent..

Good lecture
Sir I have a question. While giving an example of shopkeeper and employee. You said if employee sells it for 3 lakhs, principal will be bound by this amount to the third party. However, if there's a loss to the principal, he can recover it from the agent. Loss of 1 lakh. However sir, on the perusal of section 227 and 228, the law says that if the authorized act is seperable from the unauthorized act principal is not bound to pay. Please explain. Thank you
