    A very nice gift to receive. I really like the Bicentennial pencil.
    That's a beautiful area. Would love to go back.

      Hi L.T. - these pencils really are a look into how many businesses there were in a small town. Thanks!

    I always have good luck with promo pencils! I mix them into my everyday use pencils.

    You've heard about using the match to start an inkpen too for writing..

    • @AlwaysAnalog
      @AlwaysAnalog  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Jasper - yes, and I've tried that trick on some old pens. If the ink is dried up inside the pen then the pen just won't write. But an old pencil always writes! Thanks!

    Love it!
    You pronounced it exactly right. I've been there many times. There's a restored canal town there, Roscoe Village, that's sort of a tourist attraction.
    In a bit of darker history, Coshocton was the site of a massacre of Lenape Indians by a Pennsylvania militia; the European settlers were seeking retribution for some killings and horse thefts, which occurred along the westward-moving frontier. In a fit of ignorant, blind rage, they brutally murdered the settlement of Lenape--pacifists and Christian converts--in Coshocton County.
    Now the area is home to many pacifists of another sort: Amish and Mennonite families and farms.

      Oh, and also it's near the epicenter of Ohio's Bigfoot Country. The jury is still out on whether Bigfoot is a pacifist. ;)

      MAMO - I was counting on you to tell me if I was saying the name of the town correctly, and I'm glad to know I was! Very interesting history there. It's part of Ohio that I have not spent much time in so I will have to make a journey there - and if I happen to have a Bigfoot sighting in the process, all the better! Thanks!

      @@joest.eggbenedictus1896 I believe there's a Bigfoot museum in Newcomerstown Ohio: either within or very close to Coshocton County.
