Hello ! i am writing this because i and my Theo are passing through a really rough patch and we would need some support to go through this winter. Theo is a senior dog adopted with multiple health problems, more than i expected and we need multiple visits to the vets and also he will need a blood test and Abdominal and Hearth echography and help for his arthrosis. Not only the tests themselves are expensive, the vets will ask a consultation fee everytime (even if they make no actual consultation), then the fee of drawing the blood or even making an injection which is difficult to understand why when it is included in the time of the consultation and for a blood test to pay the consultation , the fact that they draw blood and the blood test itself, its ridiculous. why is there a fee appart? if i come to draw blood its not like imma draw it, pay the fee for that and go with the blood at another place to test it. We are going through a really rough patch also with winter and i lost my job due to medical reasons and i have lost 3 fam members every years since 2019 so i am really afraid to lose him also. if u could help us go through winter, here is where. Or send us a message as any material donation will also be more than welcome cos he needs heart medication, eyes cream and arthrosis supplements . have a blessed day and may stress never get to u because its a b!t

I don't know if you two will actually see these comments....but what lovely, tender, beautiful people you are. I truly believe animals are sent to us by God. I think they are part of this big process we go through, and how we treat them is a test. They give so unconditionally and all they ask back is love and food. You are such a wonderful example to everyone, and if they watched a huge lesson to the abusers. I wish you much happiness and plenty of years to spend loving those who need you most.

The choice to continue to make that effort is the definition of bravery and strength. PIP IS ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE. She is such a little doll. Her bark is so precious. It's good that expectations don't pan out. But thats largely due to you guys. We brought Joe home when he weighed 4 Oz. He is a Chihuahua that is tiny even by Chihuahua standards. He is his heaviest now at 1 pound 3 Ozs. Joe has out lived expectations, he was expected to live about 6 months, we've had Joe 14 years now. He's a little old man and he pretty much does what he wants, which is sleeping at this point.
A nice long cuddle with Joe for me please. Just feel his warmth against you, listen to him breath, and get lost in his beautiful little eyes. I lost my little Quincy 3 weeks ago. He was 17. What I would give to hold and kiss him again. ❤️😘🐶. Hugs to Joe.
You and your husband have such loving hearts. It makes me very happy. My husband and I started with a Yorkie special needs, due to poor health and abuse. We have 3 now and I couldn’t imagine life without them. It’s a lot to do, keeping up with their care and they are very expensive. My husband is 80 and I’m younger than him but I’m not healthy. We’re just old broken people who love bringing the life and love back into special older dogs. God Bless you.
These puppy mills need shut down immediately. This is dog abuse. There is no excuse now where police can't go in to any puppy mill and arrest everyone involved. You two are an amazing, beautiful couple. Been together 18 years. You don't look old enough to be married that long. But here's to many, many more happy years rescuing doggies. So happy pipsqueak started all this for you two. Beautiful babies you have there, all of them.
If you want to see horrible puppy mills shut down, demand that your representatives enact humane laws for food animals. You may be surprised to find out that your congresspeople are on the PAYROLL of food conglimerates. We CANNOT get laws to protect pet animals so long as unspeakable cruelty is committed against food animals. This is a FACT of the law. Food animals CAN be treated humanely & we should not empower the food industry to keep our animal cruelty laws toothless & ineffectual, just so that they can go on torturing food animals.
I have such love and admiration for you both for being everything these little doggies need. I know many people would, if they had the means, the space, etc., and you do! Thank you for your devotion to the needy ones! May the Universe bless and keep you all!💗
Perhaps. I don't think it's luck. There are always forces trying to put grace, help, love, hope etc, where it is most needed. IF there are enough of us with open minds and open hearts, they'll carry out what needs to be done. I just think it works that way. I want and need animals around me. Now I'm too old and slow, so it is a comfort to me to see the stories of those able to continue loving and saving lives.... ALL LIVES. The planet needs improvement, but hopefully, each time needs are met by such loving hearts as these, it SHOULD get better.
Sleeping with six small dogs in your bed, every night, sounds wonderful to me. I only have three. Bless you for taking the “throwaway” dogs and giving them a good life.
"She started a chain of events in our lives that we never expected." That's exactly what happens when you rescue one dog. You rescue more and more and more and more and you foster fail over and over and over again. It's a beautiful life.
Foster fails are some of the best examples of "positive failures" I can think of! I have one named Dragula, he's my FIV positive "chonky old man", but he wasn't always such a healthy weight! I'm thrilled to say he's bounced back after about 9 months with me; now I have trouble seeing him as a hospice kitty, and hope he'll have a few more years with me yet! I hope the same goes for any of your critters too! it's so worth it to help those who just need a little extra love!
You all are such wonderful souls. We had four rescues and have lost two of them within the past year. Our two that we still have are 17 and 18 years old. We always say that our pups let us live in their house. We have all grown old together and they have brought us so much joy.
So the cute lady is a cute or an acute angle? (Of course, she may not be Anglo-Saxon, but let's postulate that she is.) If she has no Saxon lineage she could just be an Angle. For an Anglo-Saxon to have no Saxon lineage would take many centuries of fortunate breeding... But if you decree that she is an Angle, so be it.
EIGHT YEARS ?!? You two are angels ! I just adore her bark/quack. We really are privileged to live with and learn from our furbabies…..our home is a CAT house….but same idea. Thank you for all you do !
From 6 months to 8 years... She found herself the best forever home ever.... And she's so cute ^^ Edit : left the comments before I saw the "chain of events" and omg I'm crying. How wonderful some people are... Faith restored.
That is probably the tiniest dog I have ever seen, apart from a puppy. She is fabulous and you are brilliant people for rescuing these badly treated animals. We adopted a 5 year old dog in the UK in 2009 but had to send him over the rainbow bridge on April 29th 2022 after 13 amazing years together. George massively helped me with my lifelong dog phobia and I miss him so much I am crying whilst writing this.💔😢 People, ALWAYS ADOPT, never buy. Let’s shut down these vile puppy farmers and care for our animals🦮
I fully agree. I don't support any puppy Mills. Their are so many animals that need adopting. Spay and neuter your pets. Contact a Humane Society first if you are looking for a pet to add to your life.
My last six adoptions were all considered "older" and/or "elderly/possible extra needs" dogs. They're the least-often adopted dogs of the shelters. On three occasions, I went in to adopt an older dog -- my family was constantly adopting "special needs" dogs and cats [and birds, flying squirrels, ducks; anything on the side of the road that still had a heartbeat -- Mom only "drew the line" at "poisonous snakes"] so the decades and instruction is _second nature_ now. *_Anyway,_* each time I went to adopt, each elder dog had a "buddy dog" they were attached to, after waiting so long for a human to be their new family. So in three adoption visits, I came home with *_two dogs_* each visit. I would observe each pair over hours and days, and in each case, it was obvious that each pair had also developed a true _emotional attachment._ (Plus, saving two lives each time, feels fantastic, i admit it!) After watching each "dogly duo," I thought, "Well *_maybe_* each will be OK if these furbabies have to go it solo ... but if I take both, they will each help 'calm' the other in meeting both a new human family, as well as a fur-sibling or two in each case." I *do* think it helped in every single case. And each "buddy" dog, all 3 were great dogs, such wonderful life experiences. After adjustment -- when each dog realizes 'this isn't a foster, this is my new life!' phase, they rely less on the 'buddy', and the buddy blossoms as well, 💗 sometimes ahead of the main adoptee! Elaine B, I'm so very thankful for those same "13 amazing years" you had with George, and his helping you with your phobia, what a blessing! I know you miss him. It's beautiful you gave an 'older dog' a new lease on a real life. As to "Puppy mills" and the sick organizations that turn their heads from the abuse [after all, they don't make money on the dog, they earn from issuing out the paperwork that certifies the dog/cat as "registered"] I live in southeast USA. As you may guess, I see vets regularly. Every vet has at one time said *_'You're better off adopting from the shelter; registered dogs are so over-bred and "designer-" bred that your odds are_** much higher **_of purchasing a dog that will have genetic problems, and very often those health issues don't show up until later years, long after you've bonded with the pet.'_* Our last President finally got laws passed, in which animal abusers will do real jail time - amongst other penalties and cost -- for abusing animals. Now they just need to do "surprise welfare checks" on each and every puppy/kitten mill in this country; the horror stories that do reach the news about the horrible conditions some of those places are, it's just heartbreaking. *Adopt from a shelter and meet the new love of your life.* Elaine, my condolences on your recent loss, and thanks so much for posting and sharing with us. ⭐ 🙏⭐ 💗⭐
@@a7laktkota thank you for your lovely message- it has made me cry again though as I will never get over George. Thank you for doing your bit for these beautiful older dogs that everyone overlooks in the UK as well. I’ve told hubby that when we feel ready to get another one we will look for that special dog that has been ignored and hope we can have a great life with them as we did with George.🦮
I'm sorry 😞 for your loss... I have been there 5 times.. But we humans must be left with the comforting feeling that we cared and loved them as much as we could.. 🐾🐾💕💕
I had adopted two 8-year old doxies who had terribly infected rotten teeth. The SPCA where I adopted them from, first sent them to the vet where they both had all their teeth removed (apparently previously half of their teeth were removed and the "parents" dumped them at the SPCA when they needed medical/attention again). So I brought home 2 sick little pups but after the antibiotics were done and the pain med no longer needed, they did spectacularly. Their tongues hung out and people thought they were on a 2-day drunk.

We have shared our home over the years with many many rescues.. of all different species. It's really really hard on my daughter because she always thinks she didn't do enough when they pass. I try to explain to her that if they could talk she would know.. as I and everyone around her knows.. that the total opposite is true. She made splints for baby doves when their legs didn't work right. She tried to help mama chinchilla when she had trouble feeding her babies. She nursed a tiny abused iguana to a robust 4ft long brute named Gomer. On and on. We just had to let our 12yr old pitbull go because the vet just didn't work with us. She is so devastated as we lost our last guy to bone cancer. She doesn't think she can do it again. @@cassandrashrewsbury56 yes. She wouldn't listen to us. He got hurt and we believed a course of steroids would help because it wasn't a break or fracture but tissue and muscle pain. She insisted on boatloads of arthritis meds. He just went downhill fast. We took him to other doc but they didn't want to ruin their relationship with our vet. So. I spent thousands of dollars and in the end they had to put him down. Ik he was 12 but so what! We hated him suffering. He actually growled at us and in 12yrs he had NEVER done such a thing. Hello ! i am writing this because i and my Theo are passing through a really rough patch and we would need some support to go through this winter.

Eff puppy mills! This is WHY you shouldn't buy from pet shops or even from breeders who exploit animals for money! There's so manys animals already in need ofhomes...don't support an industry that create more, contribute to deformities and health issues, cruely exploit animals as breeding machines or commodities instead of living creatures that feel pain, despair and fear.

Thankfully, I still have my male n my little catahoula who I saved last year between ice storms.... someone had actually dumped her out in the middle of the night in freezing temps and then I found out that she was also pregnant 😳

@@tandiparent1906 thanks for you reply 😊 There has been some confusion. My comment was in response to the video. I did not post the video and the dogs are not mine. I said my heart was so happy, when the owners in the video said she was still with them. Especially considering what a short life expectancy she was given. Hope that makes sense. I am so glad you managed to rescue your dog between storms. I cannot understand how people can dump an animal, especially in such terrible conditions. There are so many animals shelters that would take them in.

Six months estimated lifespan, eight years later still going strong! Just shows what love and care can do.

Yeah, I can not believe more people are not talking about this...
People need to quit seeking tea cup size or tiny dogs that don't come naturally, with no in breeding or breeding for smaller ones.
We wish all people would breed for health and not size.
P.S. We were very young when we met and started dating. Married 11 years but together 18.
I’m so happy she lived longer then she was predicted. She sounds like she was more then you ever wanted, that is beautiful. She is such a cutie too.🥰💕
You're right. :) I love the way she is just chilling in the grass. :)
That is awesome 😎!!!
She has lived longer because of the incredible love and care these two people provided for this tiny precious dog.
I have such love and admiration for you both for being everything these little doggies need.
I know many people would, if they had the means, the space, etc., and you do!
Thank you for your devotion to the needy ones! May the Universe bless and keep you all!💗
I wish there were more people with compassion like hers. This little sweetheart dog is very lucky a million times over.
You wish why don’t you be
Sleeping with six small dogs in your bed, every night, sounds wonderful to me. I only have three. Bless you for taking the “throwaway” dogs and giving them a good life.
Try a twin bed and you don't get to move hardly 🤣🤣🤣🤣 6 or so in bed 🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕 I wouldn't trade it for the world.
Lucky lucky dogs. You two are rescue angels! Thanks for all you do!
truly rescue angles 😇🙏 dog bless
So the cute lady is a cute or an acute angle? (Of course, she may not be Anglo-Saxon, but let's postulate that she is.) If she has no Saxon lineage she could just be an Angle. For an Anglo-Saxon to have no Saxon lineage would take many centuries of fortunate breeding... But if you decree that she is an Angle, so be it.
@@towmlvb3423 OK, Mr. Academic. But thanks for the correction!

Edit : left the comments before I saw the "chain of events" and omg I'm crying.
George massively helped me with my lifelong dog phobia and I miss him so much I am crying whilst writing this.💔😢
People, ALWAYS ADOPT, never buy.
Every vet has at one time said *_'You're better off adopting from the shelter; registered dogs are so over-bred and "designer-" bred that your odds are_** much higher **_of purchasing a dog that will have genetic problems, and very often those health issues don't show up until later years, long after you've bonded with the pet.'_*
Our last President finally got laws passed, in which animal abusers will do real jail time - amongst other penalties and cost -- for abusing animals.
She is so adorable. Love how she sleeps with her tongue out, lol. The world is a better place with people like this couple.
My dog, also a small yorkie, does the same. I think it happens when their teeth come out. That’s when my dog started having her tongue out. 🥰

You people are my absolute heroes ❤❤❤❤. You are angels 👼 on earth. Thank you xxx💚💛🧡
One of the most beautiful and precious families I’ve ever seen 🥰
I think this is the most heart-warming story. I have a house full of rescues, and this couple inspires me, but that little dog is so cute.
Pipsqueak is perfect!! I love her so much. I thank God for people like you and your husband. You've gone above and beyond for this precious baby. You've renewed my faith in humanity.
You are so lucky to get such a baby like her. My heart is still broken… I had rescued a Senior cuz I am one and he was perfect. He didn’t bark at everything….he never had an accident in the house. He was ten n he had a heart issue. He got sick two months after having him n ran him to vet who said he had gastritis. He gave me pills n the next day got worse and died. It has been over a year and I am still grieving. I took in another foster and she got adopted. No one will ever take his place…my lil buddy.
You guys are incredible it’s very heart warming to know such sensitive, giving, caring, considerate humans still exist. Spread the love ❤️
You are fortunate to have such a wonderful husband... thank you both for saving those little guys.
And that's what unconditional love, stability and support does for a beautiful furbaby like Pip. They gave her months and years later there she is🥰🙏🏾💜
What a wonderful sweet and caring couple! God Bless them and Pipsqueak.
Bless that baby's teeny tiny little heart. Bless you and your husband's hearts too, baby girl. Not many people like y'all left in this world.
Oh Lord. I knew I would need a whole box of tissues. I almost can't see this. God bless you! So much. What you do for these babies is beyond words. Thank you so much. I just lost my beloved shih tzu after 15yrs and what saved me was saving another lonely homeless dog. I'm working on her. Thank you guys for sharing your beautiful story of love. Look at what unconditional love can do! You should be on a billboard. She was raising 3 babies for a long time too. Now they're all grown. More room and time lol!🙏💓🕊️🐾
What you said 😂🥰
Laura Metheny What do you mean by ‘we just had to let our 12-year-old pitbull go because the vet just didn’t work with us’? The vet would not take care of your pup?
@@cassandrashrewsbury56 I wondered about the vet comment too 🤔
@@cassandrashrewsbury56 yes. She wouldn't listen to us. He got hurt and we believed a course of steroids would help because it wasn't a break or fracture but tissue and muscle pain. No we're not vets! But not only had we been thru it before but I myself go thru it now and then from coughing too hard. He was eating and mostly himself but in pain. He survived parole as a pup and that's when we adopted him. I won't see that vet now.💔🐾
@@dwill8228Sorry. Ik I'm wordy sometimes lol😊
SHE IS SO CUTE AND I WOULDN'T HAVE GIVEN HER UP EITHER. SHE IS DEFINITELY UNIQUE😚
God bless you and your husband for doing what you do. These little creatures need all the love they can get. This little girl really got a good home thank you for taking the time and love to help this little sweet thing
What Beautiful couple, in and out.
These are the Angels that rescue the voiceless and inspire us no end to deeds of goodness.

I think Pip found the perfect forever home. My prayers are coming to you. 😇😃😇😃😇😃
Wow. I watch hundreds of these types of videos, but this is 1 I don't think I'll ever forget. That dog is the sweetest little baby! When you said you thought you'd only get 6 months with her, but have had her 8 years now, I cried tears of happiness. An absolutely beautiful story and a beautiful family ❤️ Thank you for sharing her with us 💕
The doggies are not the only incredible ones in this story. It brought me to tears. A very rare occurrence.
Much love and praise to you and your husband... Helping special-needs fur babies and Senior fur babies the way you two beautiful kind humans do it, is just amazing and heartfelt. A big hello and thank you from New Mexico.👍🌞
Someone who cares this much for dogs in need of special love and care ... is clearly a special family who lives kindness and generosity and self sacrifice .. I'm so glad that there is someone like you in this world. ... God bless you.
OH, God bless you for giving this special furbaby a loving home!!
Your story is so wonderful.. And I just wish you all the very best .. you deserve it! And your dogs are all so fortunate .. Thanks for loving these precious babies! Not only is she incredible but you and your husband are too.. And, yes, I cried right along with you.
What an awesome couple. ❤️ Their patience, love, kindness and commitment is so wonderful to see. The draw to animal channels isn’t just the animals that us viewers love, but the humans who are positive examples of humanity.
