    Nkechi well done.
    Can I suggest that you do the roadmao before the OKRs.
    As roadmaps show how to get to immediate/mid-term goals.
    EG Goal Oriented Roadmaps.

    • @nkechi1
      @nkechi1  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! I see your point. I typically create OKRs first to establish clear objectives that are measurable and to provide strategic foundation; before creating a roadmap. As I understand it, roadmap serves as the execution plan, translating objectives into actionable steps.

    Thank you for sharing your experience & knowledge it’s going to help new aspiring Pm
    Question : let’s say you have multiple stakeholders working on 1 products. You are getting to know new expectations to build new features with in same product.
    How do you suggest to accept or identify the right BRD to work along with your team and build to execute. Specially when you are barely new to organization ?

    • @nkechi1
      @nkechi1  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You're welcome. Validating the BRD with your engineering team and designers gives you clarity on the right BRD. This should guide you in defining the acceptance criteria and definition of done.
