    I spent a good year going from 3x7 to 3x12 for body weight pullups. It really made me think about progressive overload and how you can do the 'same thing' on paper while letting your body adapt. Adding a rep every 6-8 weeks was the right pace for me and it certainly packed on muscle. There's a clear distinction between trying to force progressive overload via programming and simply allowing it to happen as an outcome from adaptation to adequate stimulus. 💪

    I’m extremely short (162cm, male) and lanky (wingspan 86cm). Yea my phenotype does exist and rpe on the deads and bench are so awkward to gauge because stuff feels easy and suddenly the next rep can’t be done…

    I can only hook grip on the deadlift bar because I have tiny hands.

    I watched sean noriega talked abojt using liquid chalk to dry the skin out and apply the chalk on top of it. Hopefully it will help u to combat the humidity even tho he used hook grip.

      Yeah I tried that and for whatever reason it doesn’t seem to work on me but might have been the brand I use. Either way once I train the grip and do holds it goes away even up to 760

    System of a Down is an incredibly deep band, and their musical style matches it.
    Regarding your test doses, how do you feel with 100mg a week? What type of ester is it? How long have you been on it? Did you notice a lot of effects in regarda to fitness on such a dose? How old are you?

      They’re absolutely amazing.
      It’s 175mg a week and current test level is 650 nanos. It’s cypionate and I shoot daily. It’s much more steady that way. At this level I would say it makes me feel very natty LOL. I’m 33.

      @@BrendanTietz Ah for some reason i misheard 100 but then relistened and it was 175. What was your starting ng prior to starting and how did you feel? I've been meaning to get mine checked recently since lately I've been feeling off and can't quite figure out the cause.

    I assume some of the QL movements would be the best to combine with cardio in regard to "spot reduction" is love handles/lower back are the trouble area?

      100% if you wanna nuke them I’d do them before every cardio session along with abs before each session and be in a deficit!

    Also, just an idea here but a video solely on psychedelics/setting the ambiance/what to do during by professor Tietz would be much appreciated. I’ve dabbled with 🍄 a few times but cannot reach my desired trip no matter how much I consume. Not sure if it’s a matter of tolerance (very high)

      That’s interesting, what dosages have you tried?? And what have you experienced? I’m curious because I’ve heard of something like this but I want more details before I give advice.

      I think it's individually variable and maybe other things affecting the intensity. I've have dmt at around 90mg and could never break through, and lsd at 1mg and felt completely fine. I meditate and instinctively focus on my breath with psychedelics and i think it breaks the immersion necessary to blast off and whatnot, since i think some of it comes from paused breathing during the trip. Also i would imagine training likely reduces effectiveness, especially cardio, just from a pharmacological perspective. My next test is trying ashwagandha and then a trip, since ashwagandha supposedly increases 5ht2 receptor efficacy (in rats at least).

      @@BrendanTietz I’ve eaten 1/2 ounce possibly more. The most I’ve experienced is certain things get wavy, slight illusions. I’ve been able to go on long hikes, interact with people, go to the movie theater. I can do all the regular things. The clouds and the stars always look incredible though. But I have yet to reach that “out of this world or out of mind and body” experience I’ve heard so much about

      @@VegetaPrinceOfSaiyans Thank you for your input. I definitely think I need to try something next level but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t afraid. I know of people that have done DMT and even ayahuasca and they were never the same again or how they say “it broke their brain” in a negative way. That’s what makes me anxious about diving in those waters. The strain of mushrooms I’ve tried is called penis envy lol very known here in Cali where I’m from but it’s just not doing it for me for whatever reason. I’ve even gone to dispensaries and tried different strains but it’s always been a waste.
