    Amazing piece. I did not know it, so I was bewildered at the start, but you start to focus on the sound, and not the tune, and it is mesmerizing.
    The very different second half makes this piece even more alluring.
    Wonderful performance.

    This is the second video I've clicked on for this composition. I never listened to this before tonight, but I can see it is definitely important to get the tone of the strings right bc on the previous recording I listened to this sounded a bit harsh. This one is a little better.

    I don't see how any reasonable music lover can enjoy this. It's interesting, maybe, but it's painful and ... no, scratch that, it's not even interesting.
