Watching two coils 1v1 is kinda like watching two skateboards 1v1. THEY ARE JUST BOUNCING AND RUNNING AROUND EVERYWHERE AND IT’S IMPOSSIBLE TO KEEP UP WITH WHATS GOING ON
Characters with multiple stances make for the best 1v1s, the best imo for Phighting is Scythe. The amount of different ways you can use her kit is really interesting and makes for fun fights which don’t drag on too long.
Coil 1v1s usually take so long they could be classed as dragon ball fight scenes, these clips didnt last that long because we both never fell back, we just kept pushing forward
this gameplay looks hella brainrot but its so run to watch the fact coil can instantly reverse his movement turns this into the stupidest thing ever and i LOVE it. Props to you for ur movement, i feel like that’s already 90% of getting good at coil
As a coil main myself, do you have any tips for coil v coil matchup? Honestly mosy of the time we end up doing very little damage to each other because of just how slippery coil is and his ability to regen himself
Be faster and be stronger than them, always try to be above the enemy Coil for grav E, and for once I'm going to say that Grounded grav E is bad, always throw out regen mb2 to prevent shield regen, and look for any opening you can get, be it one you made or one the enemy made by overextending, Shield is often used too often in 1v1s, make sure if you do use shield, you use it as a parry of sorts, and DO NOT hold it for its full length, doing so lets the enemy get comfortable close to you and lets them set up a 30 damage combo which is more than what you can heal at max, making a net loss if possible, try to maintain an S rank gravity if you think the enemy is going to use gravity, it lets you get above them and lets you get damage off while they're stuck below you most of the time though, Coil "MAINS" run away if they're low, true coil mains stick it out to the end, and if they're good enough they will clutch the 1v1 all in all, chip damage the enemy Coil, for the most part you'll never kill them, so treat them like a hurdle that has to be damaged enough for them to run away, if you catch them shielding in a bad spot, get up close, wait out the shield and grav mb1>mb2 them for huge damage
@@SolarPhight sounds good!! would you mind explaining how to trimp while you're here? im not in any phighting servers and cant seem to find a good tutorial with coil here on yt
@ChloeCaw trimpings a bit complicated to explain over comments, for the most part its just using mb2 at an angle and jumping, though theres a few things that help with it Ill make a video on it, till then feel free to join the subreddit where I post any updates or spots you can trimp in R/CoilKnights_Academy
its come back season

Everytime I see a coil 2.0 as a coil main who picked mermaids, i envy them, but this brings me back faith in coils vs coil 2.0s
I use whichever is lore accurate to the team but I play default more if that makes you happy
@@SolarPhightlore accurate to the team? Now teams have lore i guess
@maxifire32 as in if theres a subspace and bio is use 2.0, if theres more playground id use default
@@SolarPhight real

thats 10% for me, the rest is learning how to trimp consistently from almost anywhere, this keyboard does not help with that though...
