no its not an emulator, its the 3ds remake. Even on an emulator running the original N64 game wouldnt look this good

bro this is an emulated version. he doesnt have the FPS drops at the tunnels with the electrified tentacles blocking the way to 3 rooms. that's how I can tell... and I play the game on a New Nintendo 3DS which has their CPUs overclocked nearly 4 times as fast as the Nintendo 3DS' cpu. @@ayeah52

i just came here to see if they had FPS drops in the same spot I did on my new nintendo 3ds, but I guess this video is from an emulated version. the hallways here 7:58 really cause severe fps drops on my New Nintendo 3DS XL :(
We need more stuff like this in videogames it's a rare thing to see it's always fun to be eaten by a giant creature and explore the stomach and the inside of the creature.

You would need to mod your 3ds so it can take a capture card

My 3ds version is different. For instance the yellow switch is on the ground. Maybe it's somehow master mode?

Got a lot of respect for the game play but is this emulated? The DSP errors bother me... Is it like this over the 3DS capture unit as well? I've never heard sample drops on the original 3DS....
