Having issues too, I tried downloading the app on my phone and it doesn’t pair then I tried to do it via the computer and it brings me to the download prompt but then when I proceed it doesn’t connect past the 2nd step
Their headsets always broke on me after a year, went through 4 of the high range, went Astro A20 and have now over 3 years no issues, have the Xbox wireless headphones and they are great with Atmos app. Gen 2 versions are out now so may pick them up
Dude be quite I had the turtle beach headset 700 gen 2 it was way better than the Astro you can literally Bluetooth it to your phone and play music it sounds amazing and the battery life last for a whole week playing I feel like you bought a cheap turtle beach headset and now your complaining about it not working 😊
@TrentonSmith-c8f only being honest, the base station/transmitter went twice on one and TB reluctantly replaced the first broken one the others were broken bands or cracks on the housing near the phone adjustments, even one of there cheap reacon broke no sound out of one side, even had one of newer station/transmitter break, ironically one of their oldest wireless sets I had where the best for reliability and still worked after the others broke. I'll stick to Astro and the Xbox wireless set which has the same features of you TB, the new A50's look really good but once my gen1 A20's still rock it'll have to break for me to upgrade

@@GregglesTV i downloaded the swarm 2 software for them and it says the firmware is up to date but the audio hub does not connect but im not worried about it anymore because they sound great out of the box lol
I have been having nothing but issues. Playing cod on Xbox the game volume when doesn’t. Change the volume and the chat wheel is doing both the game and chat together
@@christopherpepice5169 So mine works great out of the box in terms of controls and sound but the app on the phone and on the computer does not connect to them to control the diff sounds but honestly i dont even care because they sound good out of the box and i have tinnitus so not like i would benefit anyway from the audio tuning
I like the Turtle Beach, but the Astro A50 is by far my favourite. I personally think they should remove the Superhuman hearing and replace it with something because it’s terrible man. 😂

@ so I found the issue you have to connect both USBs that come with the headset one to your console and the other to the computer and it should work .
