Robin Hood didn't even attempt to put a sexual element to it, Disney was just sharing a fun retelling of a classic with non-human animals. _This short,_ on the other hand, clearly flaunts sexuality with great intent. As far as I'm aware, Phineas & Ferb has a fairly substantial adult following (I'm in grad school and I watch it, and so do most of my friends :D), as do other "kids shows" like Avatar the Last Airbender. And those aren't at all hurt by their older audience. It was really short-sighted execs and advertisers that hurt Animaniacs.
