John, you wouldn't believe how many rods I've had SNATCHED out of my boat, not paying attention!!......look like a really good float. Reminds me of my glory days
So many great videos coming from this Chanel! Tip on the hole in the boat. To block the peddle hole just go to Walmart and get a foam hunting seat. They are 1 to 2 inches thick. Fold it over and shove it in the peddle hole. It won't fall out because it floats. This works great on my yaks.
Suppose you had a beautiful day to float down the river and catch bass and what not? Why, make a great video of it, of course. Wonderful, John. Thanks for sharing this with us!
Good day y'all had John. That's a sure enough gorgeous river to fish. We used to hog hunt on down in GA near Cohutta wilderness right near the river. We'd camp a few days and fish almost every day. Always caught a bunch of Rock bass on salamanders....AKA spring lizards. Thanks for sharing this with us.
Nice fall float thanks, done me good fighting cancer, haven't been in kayak all year, with help of Christ, healing touch ,I'll be back bass kayaking again! Praise God!
Thank you. Good job. Glad you mentioned Cole and Jay. I watch them as well. Funny how great people on You Tube can watch each other's channels and show respect for one another. You both have a great family show. I think that's why I joined you both. Your clean and post great content. Your Christin and that makes us a hated people in today's SICK World. God Bless!
Good stuff, John! I was waiting to see you pull two more 18 inch bass out back to back at that big rock like you did 2 years ago! That last big bass you got right before the take out bridge is right where I hooked a huge one, but lost it bringing it in..Glad you kept that one on! :-)
Some nice spotted bass some cool looking cusa bass nice it's always nice when the fish hit everything you threw at them great video as always congratulations on your Georgia bass slam
I tell ya the Lord has blessed us with some beautiful weather here in Tennessee & Georgia, that looked really fun, enjoyed the scenery & the catches of course!🎣
What an awesome day on the river. Glad you got some for the Georgia Slam. Real shame that wasn't a tournament float. You caught some very good quality fish that most definitely would have put you at the top of the board. I think that's one of the best days you have had in a while. Congrats.
This is exactly how me and my kayak bud fish. I have video of snapping turtle release, gardner snake revival from frigid water, and skunks huntin for duck eggs.
Hope you like the Fury. I love mine. I also really like your enthusiasm in this video. It's obvious you really enjoyed yourself. Congrats on such a fun float.
What a great video and great trip. I would so love to do a float like that. I hope to get out on the water again this year before it gets too cold. The next few weeks are going to be good weather but I won’t have anyone to go with me so I’ll be stuck on the bank. Not seeing a lot of fish biting right now but a ton of weeds everywhere.
Maybe a weird question John, have you ever thought about using a shorter 1 blade paddle? @Creek Fishing Adventures I've got an OldTown 120 auto and a Hobie Lynx and while I understand the need to always have a paddle on boad. I sometimes long for a shorter 1 blade paddle. I used to scull a 10 ft Jon boat with one all the time. Braid with 12 lb. Fluoro leader is perfect for all. 10 lb or less. I'm in Florida so use that for salt and fresh. I have stronger rigs but my most used it 20 braid, 20 Fluoro. Another great video. I've been ODing on your vids lately. Thank you.
Just another YT video consisting of the same-o same-o creek crap fishing content. AND that's EXACTLY the reason I love everything about John's Creek Fishing Adventures. He provides entertaining fishing content & some good cool scenic adventures two or more times a week. I love this channel and John is such a nice, Christian man that would be a really great catch for some young lady who's also a lover of creek's and river's of Southern Appalachia in and around Tennessee. Some lucky lady will spend her life with John in the great outdoors of Southern Appalachia.
Just a heads up you know that you do not have to drag your kayak each time from your truck to the water. They make kayak dolly two wheel kayak dollies that will go into your scuppers or strap to your kayak and you can roll your kayak to the water makes life easy.
that’s my kind of fishing. you should come down to alabama and catch 4 lb largemouth out of 10 ft wide small creeks with me. i can’t stand fishing in a pond compared to the creek
I realize this is a year old video but I’m intrigued to ask… How do you avoid getting snagged a lot? As one whom fishes a good bit of freshwater stream and rivers in WV, I can’t help but get snagged a ton using the same style of hook and baits. Thanks for doing what you do, and for answering if you can. Please be kind, I’m just an old guy that been fishing for a while and somewhat new to it all. God bless.
Great video John. Is the Coosa bass the same as the Alabama Bass. Saw an article today saying the Alabama Bass is now considered to be an invasive species. You see that story?
depends on hte person talking, sometimes the names get mixed around. Coosa bass is its own bass, Alabama bass, alabama spotted bass, are different and are invasive in certain waters, not this river but other rivers i fish
I promise if you come do a float on my home river you’ll love 4lbs spot and shoal all day 👍🏻 just let me know when your ready ive been watching for like 5 years now when your green rod was your favorite 😂 in Georgia btw haha
Hey man love your content I’ve been watching you for a while now and see how you’ve grown as a fisherman winning tournaments is awesome and inspiring to someone like me who’s done a lot of fishing and hunting frowning up but mainly catfish and live bait fisherman. I just now learned the reason I didn’t like bass fishing was because I didn’t know anything about it. Anyways I wanted to ask if you have ever fished the upper part of ocoee before the dam where they did the Olympic runs, or even if your allowed to fish there? I’ve only been there once and not fishing just tubing the second stage but the first stage is so beautiful and looks like it would be fun to fish?
yes it can be good fishing in the deep holes when the water is low, they dont want people fishing in between the bridges where the whitewater center was but above it is some good spots with bass and sunfish
"That was a giant... I never saw it"... classic fisherman talk!!!
All in good fun, really love your videos.
haha, thats how we do

Another great video, John. I’m stuck at home, sick as a dog with covid. Thanks for giving me something entertaining to watch.
Get well soon brother
@@tenncutt Thanks my friend, this covid ain’t no joke, but after a week of it I’m feeling a little better this morning.

haha, thanks
Would love to do some river fishing like this in Colorado, but my crescent crew has a long and defined keel that will get eaten up by the rocks.
i have had some nice bass hit thd zman trd worm. not 2 good on the tickler for me
That 18 incher was a BASS!!
"I'll Ding them all day" 🤣🤣🤣

What’s the rod and reel setup? That reel is a loud one. Love the sound.
For a pedal drive guy, you still have good paddle skill.
that’s my kind of fishing. you should come down to alabama and catch 4 lb largemouth out of 10 ft wide small creeks with me. i can’t stand fishing in a pond compared to the creek
Man I wish we had water that clear up here in murky Ohio.
I realize this is a year old video but I’m intrigued to ask…

You have definitely proven that you don’t have to be the first one through the hole to catch fish! And quality fish too!
Go easy on the releases and catch ‘em, catch ‘em -
You ever use the assassin lit’l boss or elite shiner???
no havent tried those
Hey, how is the weather you are. God bless you.
Amazing today
Lets go!!! 😁
So should your fishing monicker be “dinger Dalton” or “yum John”?? Lol
Great video John. Is the Coosa bass the same as the Alabama Bass. Saw an article today saying the Alabama Bass is now considered to be an invasive species. You see that story?

beautiful water and weather. getting caught in trees is the worst thing about kayak fishing!
So, how many zman baits did you use? I am guess you only used one other than ones lost by break offs.
used the bugz and i did switch to a craw part of the trip
Man what are you using now, hellgrimite and yellow swirl aren’t hitting much lately in creeks
creeks are starting to slow down, i have noticed recently
I promise if you come do a float on my home river you’ll love 4lbs spot and shoal all day 👍🏻 just let me know when your ready ive been watching for like 5 years now when your green rod was your favorite 😂 in Georgia btw haha
oh that sounds awsome, thanks

Those ain't bass boy!!! Them's bait!!!...ha
more solid fish - do more floats
floats are probably my favorite thing to do, it takes a lot more effort and help to get them done
It’s tough to fish when there’s school😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢🤷♂️
What music do you use on your videos?
NEVER use lighter than 10pd. Test.....not bass fishing. REALLY GREAT VIDEO. BRINGS BACK GOOD MEMORIES 👍
i know, i was trying something different and learned the hard way, AGAIN
@@CreekFishingAdventures That's what makes bass fishing so rewarding.....it's in the learning
What's up buddy hope all is well. I have some jig heads and tiny baits I would like to send you that I have no use for. Where can I send them too?
