Interesting that the word kaddish is just another one deriving from 'holy' like I wonder if that ever got confusing grammatically.. ^^'
Thanks for clearing that up, I heard someone say jews mourn for a year and I was like.. shiva doesn't last THAT long... now I know it's the process of saying the prayer and waiting to put up the tombstone. I think this is going to help a lot with dealing with crud that life throws.
