We have set up goals as couple and I also have mine of which is not a lot but they do tied back yo one big goal, thank you am gonna go look for scripture to attach my goals to scriptures and do the hard work❤❤I love the vlog structure it was so easy to follow and pls can our colon hear us we are struggling am forever on fibre meals in the morning, I do put ice cubes but I do it once a week when I do all the nice things that takes time😂😂
