Actually.... Just now happened with me... usually we share our tiffin but today I dont take bhaji from one of my madam I share her my vada. She did not taste it and said I dont want it as it cause me allergy..... It is really so hard to work with them
That's too normal! And basic! Here are tips : 1. Be dominating 2. learn manipulative techniques (source: go listen debates and arguments) 3. Be good as work / cuz it will create base to feel certainly confident 4. Take your stands ! 5. Always thinks goods for others!
The biggest lessons I learnt: #1 Try to stay away from any drama or avoid any conflict that you think might get nasty... if it's not of that big deal to affect you majorly. #2 NO ONE CAN BE TRUSTED! #3 Assume that you're always on your OWN. #4 Stay away from gossipers... if they try to include you then ALWAYS talk positive about your collegue or just be quiet or drift off from that topic. #5 Never be soo active or determined to pick ANY task thrown when it's not directly asked. Their expectations will increase and you'll be burdened. #6 Always convey anything calmly even if there is conflict or things are getting heated up.
My senior is doing politics with me. He gives the difficult work which no one can do to me. And when it streamlined he gives it to another and say it's simple anyone can do it? He is my senior can't deny him that I will not do. But this is wrong and I feel helpless there😢. I can handle my college but I can't do any thing of my senior like CFO.
I worked in banglore office politics inot there people are friendly...but i worked in chennai tooo full idiotic ego people...very jealous type hate chennai office.
Bakwas...what so ever good relations you built with your colleagues, they will bever come for your support against the management. You will have to fight your own battle, dont depend upon anyone
