Loving it! Makes me want to go out camping in my 107 again. Get yourself a carbon monoxide detector and crack a window when cooking though. It could literally be a life or death situation!
In a car that size, keep some tea-light candles in the glove box. If other systems fail (petrol/diesel runs out &/or exhaust is blocked) just 1 or 2 - they burn for 4hrs on average - can be enough to make the difference between overnight hypothermia or not, if caught in a snowdrift, blizzard, storm, etc.
Just shows what you can do with even the smallest of vehicles great change of direction jake

I have a micro camper and i love it! I built out my Subaru Forester, it is now my mini overlanding machine, which has taken me all over Australia. I can go off grid indefinitely in it (well, until i run out of food..) but from the outside it is just a car, so i can sleep/park anywhere. I love it!
Btw.. so sweet that you ring Becky first thing in your day. I've been subscribed to the beautiful Becky for a long time, she has inspired me a lot in my outdoor life. Obviously found your channel via hers..

ABSOLUTELY LEAGEND BRO!!! I do similar adventures in my Honda Element and it is life changing to get outta the funk of day to day stresses!!! always keep your chin up and stay strong brother from across the pond!!! Also check out Honda Element camper builds they can be almost as cheep as you wanna make em!!! The Element camper builds are GREAT for stealth boondocking so long as you stay quiet and dont make it obvious that you are snoozing where you should not be!!!!!!

Just looked through your Amazon lists like a good boy and noticed you had a UCO candle in there. We sometimes use ours in the van overnight to provide a little heat.

I have a Ford Transit Connect 1.0 ecoboost (L1H1) converted to a micro camper and I must say, it is slightly bigger but I'm really happy with that extra space when I see you crawling like a contortionist through the car. I'm a lot older and not as agile as you are. The extra space is very welcome. the Ford Transit Connect is 4 meter 40 centimeters which is still small enough to be driven in very small streets.

Great video… you could get a ceiling net to attach to the ceiling and give you a place to store stuff… maybe, make a fold out table from the brew station thru the open door… what about an external wrap for insulation? Lots of potential with this vehicle and you could make it super cosy…

Me and my fiancee have camped out in her Peugeot 107 (we are 6"2 and 5"7 but fairly slim). Was definitely cramped but we were amazed how good it was for two people such a small car! Definitely wouldn't wanna do it for more than a night or two though!

Off chance you read this I slept in small CAR for shelter and against popular advise I ran engine all night for a/C or heat in real world it worked I survived brings back memories

Be careful mate with having a beer, if you are over the limit or you become over the limit, you could be convicted of being drunk in charge of a vehicle regardless if driving or not.
Not in the UK, if you’re not driving and clearly parked up for the night then you’re fine
My husband who has spent 25 years in the british army said your not Arctic trained as everyone knows issued sleeping backs are 💩 buy a regular sleeping bag at least 🤣lol

Mate you don't need suction cups on that reflectix just cut them to size to slot in between the windows and the door trim. They'll stay in.
