Ed Ruth is one of the most decorated college wrestlers of all time. He won 3 NCAA titles for Penn State, finishing 3rd his freshman year. Ed also won 4 team titles under coach Cael Sanderson, where his teammates included David Taylor, Quentin Wright and Zain Retherford. After Penn State, Ed fought in Bellator while training at AKA in San Jose. Today, Ed is the assistant coach at the University of Illinois wrestling team. In this episode we cover:

I just read some of the comments, and not to sound repetitive, but I just found your channel and it is great!
I was only a Minnesota high school wrestler but I fell in love with the sport and still follow it.
About a year after Cael took over Penn State I started watching more wrestling like the national tournament along with men's senior freestyle.
I like everything about Cael and Penn State wrestling.
I've followed it to the degree that I understand the term "murderer's row". lol
I love when I can find a back story on someone to get a better perspective about who they are overall. Your channel does that for sure!
