Haha...totally and always. Also Luma is my obsession. I am playing solo and I find it super fun. The mine ghosts don't one hit anymore post last patch. Game modes are also coming in a future update devs have confirmed
Thank you for showcasing smaller puzzle games, I love having them on hand for a short break. I have heard that Luma Island got a big update, so I would be curious to hear an updated review
I love smaller puzzle games so I'll definitely be covering more of them on the channel 😊 Oooh I'm excited to try the new Luma Island update and see what's changed. I know they lowered the price of some things that were SUPER expensive.
Great reviews! Luma Island had an update not too long ago and made things less grindy & less X amount of hits to slain or mine the trees & rocks takes fewer hits now. I had been working on my backlogs and Animal Crossing Pocket Camp Complete has been taking over my time! I have a lot of games that are not supported by Steamdeck and basically long story short - I have vision impairment & I feel like it's getting worse and there will be someday I can no longer play on my PC so I'm working on my backlogs that doesn't have Steamdeck support and saving games that does have Steamdeck support for my future. I need to finish up my Alba: Wildlife Adventure playthrough and Flutter Away and 100% platinum them both - among other not so-cosy games. Happy December & festive month! I look forward to see what games u pick up this month and ur next review 😁
I'm so sorry I missed that but this is amazing news! I definitely need to go back and play more Luma Island to see how it feels after the updates. Alba works perfectly on Steam Deck by the way so many be worth saving! I also have the Alba 100% - I love that game so much
I've been OBSESSED with Luma Island. Its SO good! It's like my personal perfect chill game. Its giving a lot of Fantasy Life vibes. I was searching for a game that wasnt fully centered on farming and that I dont have to run around and talk to and gift NPCs every day, worry about inventory space and storage, make it to bed on time every night, a stamina meter, and being on a rush timee because of season changes and silly festivals etc. Luma Island is awesome. The only farming is simple and sped up. I take days between main story quests to just explore, solve puzzles and do whatever I want. And it doesnt negatively effect anything! I never have to rush home because of the time, or to empty my backpack. You can leave your home for days at a time. Spend days at a time in the caves. Just like in fantasy life each profession builds off the next so they get easier as you go along. I get them all to skilled and then advance them all again. Resources are super plentiful. Ive never felt stressed. I've never felt punished because I didn't get enough of a specific resource and now its not available. Its genuinely the most enjoyable game Ive played in a while. And its absolutely beautiful and plays like a dream on steam deck.
Yesssss I honestly love Luma Island so much! Some people may find it a little bland, but for me it’s absolutely perfect because I don’t really care about NPCs 😅 I’ve not played Fantasy Life but I know the new one is coming out soon and a lot of people have been comparing Luma Island to that so I’m definitely intrigued!
No worries at all!! I think it would definitely fit that cozy horror tag. There’s no threats or time pressures, it’s all about the experience, just not the coziest of experiences 😂 I’d love to hear what you thought if you played it!
How come no one is talking about Lovanium, The Rising Suns? I played the demo during the demo fest and really enjoyed it and actually bought the game when it went on sale. I quite enjoy it. Crash on an alien planet. Farming, light combat, cooking, shop keeping. It's pretty fun
I haven’t seen many honest reviews of europa, everybody seems to rave about it and I just could not figure out why, I thought I must have been doing something wrong, but I hated it, which really annoyed me because I bought it after playing the demo TWICE 😂 the demo didn’t give any clue as to what the game was actually like, eg when I got to the irritating yellow cube part I was shocked, I’d had no idea it was that type of game from the demo. Which would have been ok, if it weren’t added to the fact that this game gives me absolutely no instructions apart from some vague crap about cubes appearing/disappearing?? I’m autistic, I need bloody instructions you bastards !! So now it’s joined the ever growing vault of useless and unplayable games that I bought because TH-camrs misrepresented them and the demos were bloody unhelpful, which, frankly, is most of them.
I FULLY agree with you! Everyone was raving and I was just not feeling it. The controls were driving me nuts. I realize that it was like something they were going for with the off planet lower gravity etc but it just annoyed me to no end 😂 I'm so happy to finally see other people who agree tbh
@ I just wish people were actually honest about games, it’s like they get swept up in the trend and everyone else is making positive videos about games so they must too. It was the same with Towers of Agasba. Absolutely shockingly awful and lazily made game that all the TH-camrs were raving about before it had even released. I refunded it after ten whole minutes. It’s like, just be REAL for once people
I was honestly a little worried about putting this review out for it after seeing all of the positive reviews for this game, but if I can help even one person save money by showing them this game may not be for them then I’ll count that as a success. The issue with demos is that a lot of content is left out because it’s complex to learn for a short demo/it’s not finished yet and that can lead to demos being a bit misleading.
Like before even watching cause you know it's another great one 💜
You’re the best! Thanks Bubbles 💛

@@airyspawI'm also no life-ing the love out of Lima Island. I'm past day 110 and over 50 hours in.😅
Thank you for showcasing smaller puzzle games, I love having them on hand for a short break. I have heard that Luma Island got a big update, so I would be curious to hear an updated review
It was just making things less grindy / expensive to level tools and professions, and increasing rewards.

I've been wondering about the magical bakery game, thank you for reviewing it!
You’re welcome! I hope it was helpful 😊
Miniatures look so interesting! Thanks for including it even if it isn't "cozy". It feels very "cozy horror" though.

Appreciate your videos!
Thank you so much! I'm glad you like them!
I was also somewhat disappointed in Europa. I was hoping they would fix the jumping lag.

I’ve never heard of it before! I’ll have to look it up 😊
I am definitely referring to dull NPC's as 'pancakes' from now on 🤣
It's the perfect description 🤣

Ohhh this cutie pie uploaded something new? Instant like !
Aww thank you!! I appreciate the support 🥰
