Yes, this one work with w221 2006-2013 S class, but it only work with android Screen, you need buy the android screen first.

Does it will work with an Apple CarPlay Modul? I Installed one because i want to keep the original Screen.
I think the separate Car Play Modul is based on Android an in the Settings there is the Funktion of aftermarked rearcamera.
