This method helped me with kernal power 41 and haven't had any issues ever since. go to settings> power & sleep> additional power settings> check on high performance> change plan settings> change advanced power settings Under Processor power management set both the minimum and maximum processor state to 99% and apply/ok. Restart and see if the issue still occurs.
setting minimum p rate to 10-20% on battery and around 90% while plugged in is recommended setting minimum p rate to 99% means processor will run at max speed all the time; which will age your laptop
7. Try to disable needed drivers, begin with gpu (it has its own windows basic driver), the most of times is the cause. if your hardware is damaged then it won't work with basic windows driver because you will get random crash again. since windows 8, developers are giving less support of any older hardware, but any hardware will work with basic windows drivers.
Update nvdia or graphic card driver first and on power save with low Brightness and in advance option -> process power management -> hard disk change to 30 min to 180 minutes....
Thank you so much, the troubleshooter helped me correcting something about the timing before the shutdown that was leading to this kind of error, that was also leading everytime to the resync of the raid 1 I got in my pc (10 hours for the sync, each and every time). I love you!
I think I actually have the same problem, when I’m gaming or doing other things it’s fine but now that you mention it, I was always crashing when watching any stream or yt video in full screen, what exactly did you do from the video that fixes this?
@@TheReal_Daisy_Adv yea he never responded but mine isn’t crashing anymore since my message, it’s usually random so it still might but not yet, I just did some random settings in the video and it might have worked, like the fast startup maybe did it but idk
I'm back so basically you need to run command prompt as administrator and typed DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth. After that completed open another instance of administrator command prompt and typed SFC /scannow. That will repair corrupted files and most likely fix it. You can also try turning off hardware acceleration in your browser.

@@simesimicevic8713 Unfortunately not. I did a complete reinstall of windows via bootable usb and the problem came back immediately. The machine was still under warranty so I took it back to the store and exchanged it for a new machine. The thing is I ended taking that broken machine back 3 times before finally getting it replaced. I told geek squad to check the hardware (physically opening the machine, not just run diagnostics). No software fix, such as running dism/sfc, updating bios, windows, drivers, etc., fixed anything. So the problem was likely the battery or GPU.
